some of those stores fronts never got used. they made 2 big mistakes when building and running it. 1 Odessa is hardly a blip on a map if you sneeze at the wrong time you dont know you passed it. 2. you have to offer something people in the town might use or something worth driving to. I spent most of my life in that town. I only went to the tack store in that "mall" as they tried to call it. but it was long gone before Obama came in to office.
