This is just another form of music people. We have musicians that embrace the culture of sierra leone (west Africa) in their music, but others take on the western influence more. This doesnt make they ar enot original its just another form of music. If you dont like thats okay. Not everybody likes, reggae or rap or country music. You are not force to like this type of music or codemn it becasue of its art form.

Some of the musicians from other African countries that have managed to make it into the international mainstream have stayed true to their origins and heritage and gained recognition for it.
