@Theblizzy098 maybe not in the states, but im pretty sure there are restaurants out there in asia that do sell pho that has marijuana in it. I myself have had a bowl of marijuana pho before, and yes it is very delicious. then again my bowl of pho is of home made and not from a restaurant. =D
