  • interesting video and very informative

  • ~ once my mind is complete i shall wander the world to search for my everlasting love ~ Me

  • you have some great stuff here

  • i enjoyed this vid

  • Wassup with that Dora the Explorer doll Helen held in the last frame?

  • I worked with mentally handicapped people and Anne Sullivan has always been a role model for me. In a time when handicapped people were thrown aside she never gave up on Helen. God has a special prize for this lady.

  • I feel the video could have been improved by the use of narration, rather than captions alone

  • @meimeiswan I feel that maybe YOU should try making a video instead of sitting back and critiquing someone else's video when you have none yourself.

  • ONe person dislikes and criticizes say horrible things!God punishes her!

  • I SAW THE MOVE THE MIRICLE WORKEWR AND I CRIED. IT WAS AN AMAZING MOVIE. IF ANY OF YALL EVER GET A CHANCE TO WATCH IT DO BECAUSE IT IS AN AWESOME MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is one story that i've heard since I was young, and it has helped me along the way, through this hard life, no matter what, god will not give you so much that you cant handle, just keep on moving foward.

  • Thank you so much for this lovely tribute. I have only recently become aware of what an amazing person Anne Sullivan was as I am reading her letters and commentaries. The true miracle in the story of Helen Keller is that fate put her together with Miss Sullivan. They were so extraordinary that it is difficult to describe in words.

  • It must have been so terrible for her to have lost Anne...but she was never one to wallow in sadness.

  • beautiful video. it moved me to tears.

  • thank you

  • Did you guys know that Ann sullivan died while helen was holding her hand?

  • She was 21 when she came to helen wayyy to young

  • irish people dont give up.

  • She also had two other siblings that were taken in my an aunt and uncle. She never saw them or spoke to them again.

  • @spider46531 Yes Ann sullivan and her brother Jimmie were too disabled for their aunt when Ann's father left and Ann was described as a very difficult child,a child impossible to live with.Poor annie and jimmie sent to Tewksbury almshouse,an hospital where they only found old people very sick and insane for some of them and they used to play in the dead's room with rats for toys.It had to be horrible! In a way,Ann sullivan spent a more miserable childhood than Helen because she had no love.

  • Amazing woman

  • In the words of ~Anne Sullivan~ ...

~Keep on beginning and failing. Each time you fail, start all over again, and you will grow stonger until you have accomplished a purpose -not the one you began with perhaps, but one you'll be glad to remember.~ A. Sullivan

  • good work exellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Swell video on Annie! She was such a lovely person, so darling. I bet she was funny also. Love all that thick dark hair and big brown eyes also.

Lots of people don't realize that Annie was blind. Darling Annie.

  • @Coryraisa

Yes, she was. If you haven't already, you might like to read Helen Keller - A Life by Dorothy Herrmann to get a fuller picture of Annie and Helen and the other people in their lives, and there's also The Story of My Life - Helen Keller edited by Roger Shattuck with Dorothy Herrmann. Reading these books brought tears to my eyes.

  • ~Once I knew only darkness and stillness... my life was without past or future... but a little word from the fingers of another fell into my hand that clutched at emptiness, and my heart leaped to the rapture of living.~ H. Keller

  • i love it

  • Thanks so much for watching!

  • great great video!
