@mhoo09 I may be wrong but I believe they are called "Renegade Rows" Either way you should try them, Very good for your whole upper body and when you get used to them add a swiss ball under your shins, so as you move forward you need to bring your knees up to keep the swiss ball under you....Very brutal on the abs..........Have fun! :)
