Because gay marriage has the exact same chance of transferring aids as regular marriage, and gay relationships transfer aids more due to more unprotected sex (due to lack of chance of pregnancy, although that is changing). As for comparing gay marriage (which we've shown, with the exact same amount of evidence that you provided, is only as dangerous as normal marriage) to insest, please remind me which causes psychological harm.
