I've seen in some videos here in youtube that some return board have 2 colors, red and black, is that a rubber for forehand and backhand (pims)

Red and black rubber have the same return-quality. The trainer says: "Games on the red board or play on the black board.

But you can also train with short pimples backhand on the left ( red) RETURNBOARD and open the block angle.

No, not counters for hours on end. If you are in LEVEL 13 5-6 Returns, then you increase the pace as you train now in Level 14. ..... Level 15 returns even faster balls! WARNING!: Fast RETURNS require fast footwork!

LEVEL 16: even more rapid coordination of TEMPO, ROTATION, PLACEMENTand FOOT WORK ... Rally for 5-6's. Not more!

no its countering..for hours on end..with minimal spin returned..ive tried it..it is fail..plus if you try to return it with a loop it goes off the table...BTW

I have a DOUBLE RETURNBOARD designed for me to improve my technique. I then had good success in the competition.

What for me is good, can be used for other table tennis players also good.

Now already train table tennis player in 25 countries with the DOUBLE RETURNBOARD.
