I would like to know about the talkback do i have to press and hold the TB while I am talking to the person in recording room or just press the TB and it is active until I press it again to switch it of...please let me know about this thing.

PreSonus Central Station and Monitor Station are good quality switching stations.

Power-wise I would assume they make a European version, but the American ones run at 120 - a good, honest, hard-working current - unlike your shifty-eyed, jobless 220 with it's free health insurance and endless whining about quality of life concerns.
