What you just read is a creation of the Judiciary Act of 1789...an Act, not an Amendment. This tells you there have been at least two Constitutions, doesn't it?
Hi neothomost1275. please help me overstand ur statement. She appears to be reading from constitution. I agree that there are two constitutions; one for United States Republic and one for United States corporation(democracy). I believed that they differed in title and from the 12th amendment on. Please enlighten me if I am incorrect. thank you
