@MichaelKlump The whole relationship looked awkward, forced, creepy, they just didn't look like they even had good chemistry together. And Elise is 17, Sonic is 15. And if Sonic went by hedgehog years, he's look and sound alot different!

Plus, this stuff goes all the way back to those Tex Avery cartoons back in the fifties with the horny wolves and redheaded bombshells. Interspecies mingling is nothing new. Not that I feel either way, about it.

Yeah, this isn't even the human/hedgehog romance in sonic history. Before Amy came, Sega originally wanted Sonic to have a human girlfriend name Madonna (who looks very similar to Jessica Rabbit, I might add) & in Sonic OVA, the president's daughter, Sarah, has a crush on him. If this is the only thing that bothers the fans, I can't understand how they didn't mind the other two. The kiss scene is like a reverse role of snow white with a bit of beauty & the beast & no, elise is NOT the beast.

First of all, I didn't mind Madonna because she never existed. She was an idea that was tossed out the window after Matel got ahold of Sonic's design. And I never cared for Sarah. But she wasn't as bad as Elise for a couple reasons: 1, she didn't seem exactly human with her tail and other things I can't remember right now., 2, she never got into anything too deep with Sonic or have any terribly awkward moments with just him.

Also, has no one who's played this game ever seen or even heard of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"? Roger, a rabbit, is in love with and married to Jessica, a human. If you have seen this movie and enjoyed it, why should the concept of Elise kissing Sonic even bother you? Besides, it's just kissing video game characters, NO BIG DEAL!!

well i hated roger rabbit! he was too crazy for me also didn't like the fact that he was in love with a human. yes i know there video game charaters be i don't like the emprsion they are giveing. i mean is it okay to be in love with animals then. fuck no thats sick. it just what they are stateing by it is what i don't like.

That's why you hate roger rabbit. 2) They're CARTOONS, they have no logic, you don't add logic to were there barely is any. & 3) If you think that's actually telling you that kissing animals is ok then you're either thinking way too much into it or have problems. BTW, that's how fangirls act. whether the celebrity they like is a real person or a cartoon, they'll act the same way for both, fantasize about them.

@SegaMaster172 yep and thats why i don't care for kairi! and all the other look alikes. so i kinda passed my dislike from kairi on to elise :D YAY! i think there's a millon of them that look the same thats why i won't watch a lot of anime or games. i like originals i mean i can take a few things that are original but when it's same story over/person and over then i don't like to waste my time.

It was always my opinion that, although Elise may have been in love with Sonic, the feeling was not mutual. The poor deluded girl was simply mistaking Sonic's act of kindness for an act of love. It's fortunate for Elise that at the end of the game all the events are erased from history, because if she and Amy ever fought over Sonic, Amy would kick Elise's little behind.
