  • The middleclass still own the blueprint for the guillotine. Harass them long enough and they will make this contraption in their garage from empty Cola bottles, a 7-eleven sign and a hand-full of Chicken McNuggets.

  • EDWARDJOSEPHBRENNAN--Obama has been bought already... he got more from Wall Street than McCain

  • Obama and Warren- that would be a ticket...

  • America is run by DumAsses that run it ! Someone should find that money.

  • The only solution to our problems is a much smaller government with no safety net.No free trade with countries with lower standard of living and last but certainly not least a monetary system tied to tangible assets.

  • @dave4708 - The rich will always have a safety net. So, basically you are asking for no safety net for everyone else but the rich.

  • Looking at some of the comments below, it's unreal how here in America the mob now dares to openly attack an intellectual person like her by just repeating right-wing catchphrases.

It's like all the trailer park tea party scum sees "educated" as their No.1 characteristic of what they perceive as their enemy. That is perverse.

  • @philipheubeck I've noticed that many from that bunch say "Harvard law professor" in a condescending, mocking tone, as though being a professor from one of the top 3 law schools in the country is somehow a negative. I've also noticed that many of the most popular talk radio hosts who they tend to follow aren't educated beyond a high school diploma.

  • i believe that paulsen is criminally culpable for all this , the proof is he asked for blanket immunity. so he already had committed the crime of premeditation and or conspiracy.

  • Elizabeth Warren!!!!!

  • I really marvel at how these people can so blindlessly miss the obvious. The social programs that enslave generations of low income families into missing the true benifits of a free market society, ends up costing so much that when someone does try to start their own business overtaxation gives them an impossible hurdle to overcome. Social programs NEVER work, NEVER have, NEVER will. Smaller government is the answer. It amazes me the answer to every failed program to every liberal is more money.

  • Trained at the highest level of Marxism - Harvard! Funny how a Marxist is the first to tell you how much money you can make and how you can spend it!

  • @alwayssmile4u66 Look, a lot of what the right says about markets is correct. However, when the right defends extreme concentrations of wealth and corporate corruption you just lose all credibility. When you argue for little regulation in the face of people dying on the job in zero regulation economies (check out mining in any developing country) you just look like idiots. Be reasonable. Where is your common sense????????

  • Ignorant traitor, communist, marxist, reprobate, liberal, degenerate bitch. Just crawl up that butterfly brained ape's ass you got shit out of, obango.

  • @aristotled1 - Wow. The only thing I got out of your post is that, unlike you, this woman has class.

  • I love this woman!!!

  • Liz Warren is a hero.

  • Certainly letting in hords of poor immigrants is not helping us maintain a good middle class.

  • I have a dream. Elizabeth Warren will galvanize America. She will win the Senate seat in Mass. She will make President in 2016. We will love her. We will cry when she is elected.

And then ... just like Obama ...

  • @mwoldin I don't see her being interested in the Presidency, precisely because of the compromises she would have to make in an executive position. I think she would be an outstanding legislator, however, and I hope the people of Massachusetts don't let us down!

  • @Seasass Well, let's take it step by step. I am with you 100%. Let us hope that the good people of Masschusetts send Ms. Warren to the Senate.

Also, my flippant remark from last month was not fair. She is no Obama. She is not a tabula rasa. She has a record, and passion, and she is forthright. For now, I am all for her.

  • @mwoldin Hear, hear! It's going to be a nasty campaign, though. I can already see someone (hopefully not one of the Democratic rivals) excerpting the clip from "Capitalism" mentioned at 0:25 out of context, followed by a voiceover saying, "is this the person you want deciding what to do with your tax dollars?" or some such nonsense. Hope she's ready for a dirty fight.

  • @mwoldin "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice" - Dr Martin Luther King

  • @Zendrig "As flies to wanton boys are we to the gods -- they kill us for their sport." That's Gloucester in King Lear.

    Your turn!

  • and the govt holds billions of toxic asets! Eliminate agencies and departments!

  • ...but we can find out so easy. Drag these nasty private banker traitors onto the Congressional carpet, put them under oath, and DEMAND ANSWERS!!!!!

If they balk it is a strait ticket to Fort Leavenworth, a seizure of all their documents no matter where they lay, and potentially a forfeiture of all assets.

  • Professor Warren sees it all so clearly. The middle class is what made the Amercian economy grow. This class created jobs and gave its' country stabilty. The middle class is slowly eroding and all values of any form of a civilization too is decading. The middle class needs economical stabilty in order to create this welfare state that our forefathers has built. But Wall Street refers to this middle class as the market, and yet we are people trying to build not destroy.

  • I want to see her on the supreme court!!!! The supreme court is too right wing right now and she would be a priceless asset!!!!

  • EW's talking like this is why the people in Washington, who represent the fat cats, slander her every chance they get. Watch C span hearings etc and see who goes after her and tries to distort what she says. Hint: they usually wear really expensive suits, cuff links, and have great hair and tans...

  • Yes the assets are toxic, so are the banks, audit the FED.

  • The ending was corny as hell.

  • Elizabeth Warren for president!

  • We are very fortunate to have Elizabeth Warren working for the people. She is the embodiment of the educational system we need to strive to keep in this country.

  • Her talks are very good. Please watch this video people.

  • totally in awe of her clear understanding of what America is all about.

    I love her.

  • We endure a too-slow continuing effort to refine this democracy to create justice & equality. A more perceptive focus on relatively monopolistic threats to the middle class & its economic position is needed. ie real estate fees, taxes, pharmaceutical, medical & dental costs. Car insurance & repairs are relatively standardized, why not these other major family expenses? Great advantage exists for a favored few due to pure economic power or unethical elitism in too many US industries/professions.

  • @tothatextent To the unskilled eye, the other guys appear trustworthy. To a person with core sensibilities and experience the contrast between this woman and the sociopath snake oil salesmen who have damaged the global economy has been made manifest.

  • Let's be blunt: without the middle class, we become a third world country.

  • "It is impossible to buy a toaster that has a one-in-five chance of bursting into flames and burning down your house. But it is possible to refinance an existing home with a mortgage that has the same one-in-five chance of putting the family out on the street. The difference between the two markets is regulation." Elizabeth Warren

  • she is an economical and intellectual heavy weight such as noam chomsky. its a pity that the wider press and governments have the finance and the will to stop her and others who are like minded from becoming too widely heard. this is what the middle classes should be listening too not just electoral razz mattaz. how will things change when joe public is constantly lied too by those who seek political power and those of the world press and their controllers the bankers. REVOLUTION REVOLUTION

  • President Ralph Nader, Secretary of the Treasury Max Keiser,

Elizabeth Warren, Cynthia McKinney, Matthew Gonzalez

    should be appointed for life

for every political office at every level.

That's the way it should have been and still can be.

  • "we don't know where the 700 billion went because (we) designed the system so we would not know where it went" is the 1st phrase from her mouth. How, in the love of God, do you people praise and admonish someone with this mentality? If you are a socialist puppet giving your pall Liz Warren a high five while claiming to be a "hero of capitalism", that might explain it.

  • @micbaca ugh, you are so stupid. How can we ever have a conversation if you cant understand plain english. Obviously warren was not saying that she personally designed a system where banks could receive money they wouldnt have to account for. Nothing socialist about what is going on here.

  • @qualityrkc try this for a conversation dumb ass. Listen to the first 1:18 of this video and tell me what it says.

  • @qualityrkc Yeah, you americans need to really watch out for the evils of socialism. For example a socialist government anywhere would expect to exercise some control over the banks that their taxpayers were bankrolling . You wouldnt want that, would you? Let the banks do it; after all: you can trust THEM.

  • @micbaca you have been so warped by partisan politics that you cant even see who is on your side anymore

  • @micbaca if you watch it you see that she means congress or the people in the US. She is saying the system was designed... she is obviously just on the committee that was sent in after the first group of congress people screwed up.

  • Love her. Thank God someone is saying something!

  • Elizabeth Warren for President of the United States.

  • Elizabeth Warren and Ron Paul , The Next President and Vice President of the United States of America!

  • The difference between Elizabeth Warren and that jerkoff Sarah Palin can not be measured!!!

  • @lyricaladaud yes it can the difference is the same as Gandhi and Hitler.

  • @lyricaladaud it can be measured by the Marxist ideas that the so called educated women has.

  • @lyricaladaud - you're right. Elizabeth Warren is an unrepentant Marxist who worships Mao.

  • Modern bankers are the MAFIA.

  • @mengwise36 Look dumbass, if you want to argue things by definition then waste your time with someone else. The reality is that both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are in the hip pockets of Dodd and Frank and the other politicians on the banking committee and god knows who else. They are hardly private in fact though it may appear so on paper. Get a life.

  • Yes, Obama's cronies are crooks and they have taken care of their cronies on Wall St but this whole fiasco starts and stops with the gov't and she wants to give more power to the gov't? Please!! This is a cure much much worse than the disease. No company is too big to fail and they wouldn't have been that big if Bush/Greenspan hadn't been playing the very same game for the last decade and for that we are all responsible for going on a spending spree with money we didn't have. Moronic!

  • @equsnarnd

Did the government FORCE the banks to gamble in the first place? Stop listening to Rush and Glen!

  • @mengwise36 Yes jackass, they did! And I don't listen to either Limbaugh or Beck. Where are you getting your information from? Ever hear of HUD? ACORN? Or half a dozen other gov't agencies that were out there threatening and cajoling banks to lend to those who couldn't qualify. And Freddie and Fannie are quasi gov't agencies that have done huge harm to the economy for political reasons. They were more leveraged than AIG. Study before you shoot your mouth off.

  • @equsnarnd

Only a moron would think Freddie and Fannie are quasi government agencies. At read the wiki page on those companies and see how they came about and what is their business practice like.

  • @mengwise36 Ok The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC), known as Freddie Mac (Pink Sheets: FMCC), is a government sponsored enterprise (GSE) of the United States federal government. Freddie Mac has its headquarters in the Tyson's Corner CDP in unincorporated Fairfax County, Virginia.[3][4]

    And your point was???

  • @equsnarnd

My point was a corporation with shareholders and pursue profit is NOT government agency, stupid.

  • I hope she heads the new Consumer Financial Protection Agency, but she's too honest about what's really going on. Geithner, Bernanke, et al. can't stand that.

  • I have so much respect for this woman both for her candor and her intellect. I wish she would get more exposure from the media. This woman approaches the problems with intellect and tanacity without becoming overly emotional, using character assasination or slanderous comments to promote her career.

There are so many politicians, and people, that could take a lesson from Ms. Warren to see what true class is all about. Thank God there are the Ms. Warrens that bring common sense to the table.

  • These people should be in jail!

  • If you are familiar with the cultures inside these investment banking firms, large financial institutions and brokerage houses you would be storming the Bastille. You would also be asking yourself why the hell no one is going to prison, where is their conscience and why were they allowed to get away with so much for so long? Elizebeth Warren is one of the few voices the milddle class has left, but a lot of them are too damn dumb to realize it.

  • Am I the only one who finds Elizabeth Warren sexually desirable?

  • @AWESOME90002 So you got a thing for 60 year old women?

  • @flukes777 Not in general. But Professor Warren is one hot momma.

  • @AWESOME90002 I hear ya. Just the thought of Ruth Bader Ginsburg wearing a thong gives me a chubby dude. Old ladies rock!

  • She has such a great voice. It's calm, quiet, yet you're compelled to listen to her.

I wish she could be my professor. I would get better grades.

  • I have liked this woman from the first time I saw her in a documentary about credit card debt. I believe she is sincere and has a good heart, and even Obama's glomming onto her cannot tarnish her.

  • I trust what this woman says. She seems apolitical, even if she isn't.

  • globalization is the problem. The future attacks will be, Iran, Venezuela. As soon as Afganistan, and Iran is neatly in the global fold than Iran, and Venezuela will be next. Globaliszation has been happening for 40 years. America has been dumbed down so badly by the entertainment media, without some miracle we are in serious trouble, as far as our national sovreignty is concerned.

  • Good comment. Well said, the few will are profiting from this quagmire while the majority will suffer.

  • @louiethegreater GOOD COMMENT, really. Thank god someone noticed...yeah, U.S. will atack Chavez, yes, Chavez will get fucked up, and yes, all the people of Venezuela will be shattered and destroyed, like the american soldiers sent there (for what they'll do there). It will be all pain, desolation and dead (except 4 the CEO'S; for them it's a lot of green) (sounds like Vietnam, doesn't it?).

IF YOU DON'T LEARN FROM HISTORY, YOU'LL BE DAMMED TO REPEATE IT.

That is a good phrase for america...

  • I fell in love with Elizabeth Warren when I read her book on the collapse of the middle class. For the first time I found someone who helped me make sense of what had happened to my life and the lives of my friends.

  • If the government had made the banks go through bankruptcy, it would have done them and the American public a favor. The banks would have had their toxic assets put under control, bad management would have been axed, and Americans would have had their answers. A Bankruptcy court proceedings would have made things transparent and public.

  • AND DONT LET pALIN AND THE LIKE CO-OPT THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT,,,THE AVG PERSON NEEDS EDUCATION....We must educate everyone as the whats going on,,,Palin wants to attack Iran? WTF? We want the wars to stop its killing our nation and she is talking about dumb shit ...that wqoman is so stupid we cannot allow he to get a foot hold

  • The Tea Party needs to get some focus. They need to toss the conservative and liberal ideologies, and prevent Americans from being played one against the other. It's great that people are aroused but they need direction.

  • I think the movement is on the verge of becoming totally screwed up, much to the relief of the power elite of the world. Sarah Palin is not the one to bring into the game. I like her as a person but would never vote for her for president. I say if you want honesty in government it's time for a woman and there are some that have the qualifications (Hilary is not one of them).

  • Brooksley Born and Elizabeth Warren are two. Real American patriots, of the people, by the people. God bless America!

  • Papa8703;

AMEN to your comment on Brookley Born and Elizabeth Warren

  • Did the Pirates go to Jail yet ?

  • Unregulated capitalism has brought this country to the brink, yet again. Many people have lost their life savings/retirement as great wealth was stolen and funneled into the bulging pockets of the banksters. Yet, do we cry "uncle"? No! We allow OUR government to rob from our great grandchildren and stuff even greater sums onto their balance sheets with barely a whimper. Unfettered capitalism has choked our very government and will end our grand experiment in democracy.

  • Sound wisdom garydex, I agree; we should be in revolution, but hardly a sound form citizens.

  • Well Said graydex, hopefully it will end our experiment with Free Trade and the Globalization of our markets.

  • Unfettered capitalism has choked our very government...What does that mean, garydex?

  • Websters defines it as an adjective meaning "unrestrained", 2469unme.

  • Very interesting thoughts about the middle class.

  • The world is teethering on the brink of a global collapse.

When the next market collapse comes western governments will have nothing left in the kitty to bail it out.

  • Elizabeth Warren , one intelligent woman on earth, literally...no wonder she is at Harvard. I really admire her, one good caring smart lady!!!

  • @muratshawn one intelligen woman on earth? what are u saying women are stupid?

  • @muratshawn

" Billionaires Decide Who Lives Who Dies "

If you haven't seen this video on You Tube ...

you must see it...about 5 min long. Its happening folks... if you don't know it... your not watching.

" Billionaires Decide Who Lives Who Dies "

  • @onstageagain I went, I looked and finished when I saw his line up of billionaires. Sorry, propagandist trash doesn't do it for me. Hal Lindsey is a pure opportunist looking for a favor from the KOCHS and the BECHTELS who truly do nothing for the peoples in this world. It's a good sign however that these days the right wing rant, the rich create the jobs blah, blah, blah is no longer the popular opinion so that even Hal is trying to catch this wave of new populism that doesn't crown wealth.

  • @wjksea Warren has stirred discorse among Rep, & Obama not expected to nominate her director because her Senate confirmation wouldn' t get votes. He could appoint her to the job during a congress recess, & that would not require Senate to approve, but that would give her the job only through 2012.

Personally, I believe shes another fraud. She said, this agency would have exposed early mortgage problems,& fixed um while they were still small. A foolish statment, this goes way back.

  • @onstageagain "personally, I believe she's another fraud" why? How do you know?

Do not accused someone of being a fraud without proof or documentation. extreme imaginations can be harmful my friend.

  • @md991free My comment is I PERSONALLY believe she is fraud. I stand by that comment, U can trust who U like, as for me in my house, I know this lady's history.

Does she need U-r vote anytime soon? Hard to believe, but promises are made about things with no intention of doing it, to get your vote.Course she always has good reasons besides she didn't really promise what she promised anyway. Misquoted its called. Everything will be alright...for her, not for U.

  • @md991free I know her history, does she have any special interest groups that might influence or sway her? LOL, This, as you might imagine, is an extremely rare occurrence, sort of like a total eclipse of the sun & moon occurring at the same time. But, believe it or not, it has been known to happen. If this does occur U might reconsider that trust thing, unless, of course, U -R that special interest.

  • @md991free Fraud, false representation of a matter of fact,by words or conduct, Sorta like misleading !

I've seen change in her beliefs more often than she changes his suit? Just saying, she wavers, equivocates, waffles, for me she might not be trustworthy.

Not a lot in Wa U can trust , I recommend getting 1, of those lamps. The 1 that Diogenes used to try & find an honest man. Afraid if U lit that lamp in WA, U would see a bunch of empty seats, Tust me on that.

  • @muratshawn There R some things I keep track of for entertainment purposes.

Then things I keep track of 4 the sake of digging up truth. Hal Lindsey is a little of both. He's not all wrong ... but neither is he all right. I've listened to him 4 yrs. This country is a business the people with money all over the world rule its leaders. If I catch U-r jest. U support Socialism. We have a problem! Ive opinions of my own, strong opinions, I don’t always agree with them. A good rule of thumb.

  • @muratshawn As to E. Warren, I consider myself a charitable soul, but always felt Obamas approach to housing is throwing good $ after bad & is ineffectual. Evidence supports this. My opinion, Obama’s, once again, a veiled means to redistribute wealth. Don’t believe me? 94% of American own homes free of mortgage debt, R current on their mortgage or R renting. They're asked to bail out the other 6%. A policy that says to citizens who work hard & live within their means, Youre a sucker.”

  • @muratshawn Professor Warren is Inspector General appointed by Congress during wartime. That is life & death authority, my friend. She could start skinning these bankers alive, rolling them in salt, hanging their skins on bush, putting their feet in a fire, and then going to take a smoke break. When she returns to the slow roasting pairs of feet, she could ask if anyone is ready to start forking over answers.

    "Who'd like to go first?"

  • @muratshawn : The same asshole whom she s accusing of siphoning out $ 700 B dollars of tax payers money to wall Street , Mr Hank Paulson is also from Harvard

  • EW....id tap that.

  • Me too, brotha

  • She is right!

  • At 1:15 -- "Just take it." That's what Mulholland said to L.A. when the water first came pouring in from Northern California.

  • OK, pure accuracy: Mulholland said "Take it." Bush's Treasury Secretary (Paulson) added a syllable.

  • She is right. We either find a way to organize or we lose America.

  • I reckon I looking at America's next President .

  • mightymouseaustralia: What a great idea!! I'd hate to lose her to politician-hood, but I could seriously see her as Treasury Secretary starting MONDAY.

  • The truth is coming out more and more now, not just in this particular matter but in many many others. people are waking up! The time is coming for all of these criminals..

  • Elizabeth Warren for President. We need a recall of President Obama.

  • where is teddy roosevelt when you need him?

  • Nope: If a company is too big to fail it must be forced to split up into many smaller companies. This way if one or two of 'em gets stupid they WILL fail and leave the smarter ones to take up the slack as well as cautionary examples.

"Too big to fail" runs exactly counter to the idea of free enterprise and it's actually the proper role of Govenment to identify firms like this and break 'em up.

Nationalizing businesses makes them stagnant and unresponsive to the realities around them.

  • i don't understand most financial news, but I get what she said,,,,,

  • If a company is too big to fail, it must be nationalised. It must. There is no alternative. Otherwise, private titans can hold everyone hostage...

  • She is brilliant!

  • Elizabeth Warren said NOTHING?

  • Says Obviously she must me Gay and French FOX NOISE..

  • Frio...you have everyones attention and the best you have to say is that? C'mon! You can do better. Give reasons for what you said.

  • BBROOKSLEY BORN, the Chairwoman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission warned Fed Reserve's Alan GREENSPAN, Robert Rubin and all the Treasury ignoramuses in l996, but the sexist boys of greenbacks forced her to resign. The Sanford U. alumni and respected lawyer (now retired) was a true Prophet and warned exactly of the results of "financial derivatives".

Michael Moorre should have included Born. Warren is a hero!

  • How is it capitalism if we give billions out to the banks?

  • President Obama should've asked Elizabeth Warren to be our Secretary of Treasury

  • Shoulda asked Noam Chomsky:)

  • I'd vote her in no questions asked. She has proven she is worthy. If she failed to live up to expectations... She's OUT!

  • Paulson commuted fraud - it's larceny

  • She is truly smart, we need more people like this not just in government but in everyday life

  • Well said.

  • They weren't tough on the Banks because its the banks execs that are really in control... people should be looking at the big banks and not necessarily just big government... And we will need our government to be our voice,,, if that is socialism, where can I sign up...

  • WOW! O_O

    5 Stars!

  • We are a bankrupt Nation and we must get back into solvency. We do that by creating lots & lots of blue collar jobs. We need to bring back all our industries that Global Free Trade Capitalism has outsourced. We don't need a parasitic rich class degrading & sucking off the blue collar workers production anymore! We don't need Wall Street! They are parasites & Criminals! Lets get back to the American system of Economy. Youtube: LPACTV: Audio Preview, The LaRouche Plan

  • This woman needs to be appointed to a much higher office than she is currently holding.

She calls it like it is, and people better start listening.

Without the middle class this country will be nothing more than another part of the global community with nothing to offer and nothing to gain.

We have allowed a very small segment of American society to hiighjack the economy, the system and the government for their own gain...THE PARTY IS OVER!

    Take back the country.

  • @BoomerNavy70 President

  • @BoomerNavy70 Totally agree with you, she would be the change American voters probably wanted but unfortunately Obama caved in and appointed Tim Geithner who was head of the New York Fed when the disaster occurred would be better able to continue the status quo for Wall Street - revolting.

  • Elizabeth Warren is a great lady. Recently read an article in a Harvard journal where she was asked to be a consultant to Citibank. She went in front of the board as asked that they stop lending money to people who couldn't afford it. One guy says that's where we make most of our profits. She promptly left and walked out. Elizabeth Warren for President!

  • Michael, Thank you for putting up this video. If you have Elizabeth's Warren's ear you should tell her the next time this financial fiasco happens again to have the government open up new banks in all fifty states and give every American a share of these banks instead of bailing out Wall St. The new banks can give out loans, etc. to those people who need it. It wouldn't be bailing out Wall St. but helping America. If these banks become profitable then the taxpayers would win.

  • Ha; lets get forget this "class Crap" and get back to the real American system of economy. Youtube: LPACTV: Audio Preview, The LaRouche Plan

  • Her last statement gets 10 stars. I think it's safe to use "Reaganomics" in place of "the late 70's and early 80's."

  • Yeah, he was always a corporate sycophant since his days as a GE spokesperson when the acting career wasn't working out. He was the perfect President for big biz. he could read his lines well and did as he was told.

  • The government of this nation has failed us. They allowed Wall Street to shoot craps with our sacred American homes, and they continue to allow the fallout to continue. They removed the props that supported homeprices, and now expect homeowners to pay the $8 trillion dollar tab. Retirement resources have been destroyed, credit damage is widespread, and the suicide rate is up 28%. They could lower the principles on mortgages and end this, but they don't. THEY OWE REPARATIONS TO ALL HOMEOWNERS.

  • I hope M.Moore explains that none of this would have happened if the U.S. were to return to following and enforcing our constitution. The constitution declares that only gold and silver can be used as American money. The founding fathers must have "flipped in their graves" when America adopted fiat currency. Even worse, the US government borrows this "counterfeit", paper money at interest. So what is created out of thin air by bankers, you and I must do real work to pay back the interest.

  • No worries, he is for that.

    He likes Ron Paul.

  • ty for posting this.

  • Where have you been, lady, all these years? It's already too late. America is broke and flushed down the toilet. Yeah, yeah, in past tense. The funny thing is that it is done not by evil Russians, or OBL. It is done by your own elite. Enemy within that destroyed your country.

  • this all means we have been earning slightly less than we have been spending over time, and a few people have been living for free taking from the middle.

the former generation believed in a system of trusting the majority of their labor in consolidated wealth (it made Americans feel rich) and now those that inherited that concentrated wealth has now double-crossed that generation and that code of commitment.

it's like a worm in an apple. you don't know it's there until it surfaces.

  • We need many more like her in Washington.

  • The middle class is indeed being systematically destroyed.

  • JesusSavesAtCitibank wrote, "The middle class is indeed being systematically destroyed."

Yep. It's been going on for decades now -- and, despite the inevitable charge of "conspiracy theory," it hasn't been an accident, either. In fact, it's been quite deliberate.

Q: Who would do such a thing?

A: Cui bono -- who benefits?

    Or better, who HAS benefited?

  • and why isn't she President of the United States?.......

  • she is not rich enough...

  • Corp and gov't are on the same boat.

  • I'm a Brit. I have a question.

How much does it cost to send a teenager through higher education? then divide $700bn by this figure.

How much does it cost to give drinking water to the 26,000 children (under-5s) who die EVERY DAY from lack of water? (see Unicef)

How much does it cost to feed the 1billion people currently dying of starvation?

Less than a stealth fighter, I bet. You Americans will kill us all. You want Venezuela next. Shame on you all. My government are no better.

  • She's my hero

  • I wonder... what would happen if all the middle class would start taking max exemptions (I believe it is 10) and refused to pay taxes on 4/15? The US govt surely could not get us all. Drastic times call for drastic measures.

  • she has such great valid points

  • I know why this is happening, but people just do not want to know.

  • So, one day the greedy Manager took the self-righteous Bishop by the hand and said:

"You´ll keep them stupid, I´ll keep them poor and the corrupt Senator will help and lie for us ..."

  • Good interview...

  • God, that woman is honest.

A great movie Michael...I'm glad you didn't become a priest....your calling was obviously this.

  • Paulson should face charges....

What is the Obama administration's position on holding Paulson accountable for his actions????
