such a contrast in Fed and Nadal training: Fed is much more casual and relaxed hitting the ball with less intensity; Nadal is putting some power into his strokes

Roger's forehand is more about angles and placement than is Nadal's; you need a flawless swing with a controlled action whereas Nadal needs to push his balls if he doesn't want to get his heavy spinning balls cut too short.

Also, Nadal flattens his shots when he gets onto hard courts and he has shortened his swing over the last 2-3 years; he need to rush them a bit to get the rhythm.
