  • love when he says "shoulder hit, no problem" and at the same time u see that he doesnt touch the kings player with his shoulders.. its a forearm check.

  • lmao, amazing clean hit, then wrestles Armstrong the the ice

finger must be stronger then i first expected

  • Iove Finger hes awesome hes the most underated pick-up the leafs got this year

  • God! I knew we should have kept Finger on the Avalanche! I miss him.

  • oh really?

  • Kart is correct. Finger does not leave his feet much either by the way. One of the cleanest hitters in NHL. Kind of Rob Blake like! Except Fings is American. They hit similar though.

  • well i agree but i think to argue on the side with armstrong it was at high speed and it looked to me like his hands ended up in the face or neck of Oscar Moller. still when i saw the clips in this of Finger's other hits it looked like they were pretty clean just good solid hits. but the announcer may have over reacted a bit on finger's behalf.

  • look at all of his hit almost all of them he leaves his feet.

  • Pussyfighters

  • I agree with the commentator. I love the fights when they are purposeful. With that said, being a defenseman, I must say that I would hate to have to fight every time I had a good hit.

  • AGREE..... a fight does serve a purpose.... but over a CLEAN HIT is NOT one of them....this is a fight for no reason.

  • Do you have no clue why players fight in hockey? Apparently the commentators don't either. The main use for fighting is not just to retaliate, but to pump up your team. Enforcers start fights all the time for no reason other than to give their team and fans a boost.

  • I have been watching hockey since the LA Kings wore purple and gold.....which is about 25 years or so..... I know the game.....and while I agree that sometimes players fight simply for the momentum gain.....that does not mean I agree with it...and I dont.

  • Don't kid yourself, fighting may be about pumping guys up, but it is also in retaliation or "protection" of skilled or younger players. It isn't a coincidence that Armstrong comes in right after fingers hit.

  • Why would you need more momentum if you're winning?

  • Moller got Fingered... lmao. Clean check. Horrible 'fight' btw.

  • I completely agree with everything Millen said. You can't hit in the league anymore. If you do, you are going to be expected to drop the gloves. It's ridiculous.

  • Oscar Moller to do list:

    1)keep head up.

    2)same as #1

  • he was forced into the hit by #14. watch the video. You would get killed in hockey if u think u know everything.

  • Clean hit. That was nothing but Armstrong trying to be a tough guy.

  • finger me finger

  • finger earning his $3 million plus there.

  • lol finger rules

  • No he doesn't. Finger is a clean player.

  • great hit, gay fight

  • It's called leaving your feet. And it's usually a penalty.

  • a clean hit, i dont untersstand armstrong.

  • lol the announcer should use that

  • why wasn't there an instigator penalty on this?

  • good question. that was a great hit.
