  • Dude, you rock!

  • good for the delts I got into kettles over a year ago and they rock

  • What's with all the rocket science argument going on about losing fat, gym, which equipment, what food, which shoes, and other countless gibberish?

    It's really simple :

1)Warm up good before doing any exercise.

2)Create resistance against your muscles,so you will burn fat.

3)Burn more than you put in.

    4)Sleep enough.

    Geez...

  • why you got a towel on that kbell?

  • If the guy is an RKC II I think he knows a bit more about kettlebell dos and don'ts than most of us here. Why all the negativity?

  • Asking for trouble

  • Fantastic, gonna try it right now. How much weight did you put on?

  • how long how many sets etc for this ?

  • Nice. I can just see the people at the Y flipping out if I do that, however.

  • funny video

  • DAMN! after i watched that i feel weak :( lol

  • DAMN! That makes me wanna get up and start working out HARDCORE. Has anyone picked up any kettlebell workout programs? I pirated one and just meorized the workout names, made a list of the workouts in each segment, and use my notebook instead of watching the vids. Then I track my progress with calculators like the ones you find when you google 'my fit assist'.

  • thank for this Movement. It Ballistic Movement!

  • Hi mate i have been practicing the kettlebell tornado with a 16kg that is a 35lb pounder with a thick shipping rope for extra grip and i am working towards 20kg to 28kg kettlebel tornadol swing, which is also a metre and a half long i love it, this swing really does give you a damn good workout in the garden or somewhere quiet my shouldres pecs biceps forearms core, and grip strength have really gotten stronger. thanks mate regards martin

  • hard shit. this would be great for throwing a hammer in the heavy games

  • I do this with a 30-35lb sandbag (I'm a little guy like Manny Pacquiao size lol). It really hits you just about everywhere especially in the abs and lower back. Really good for the grip and forearms too.

  • that is really bad for your shoulders IF you do it with wrong form.

  • I cant believe some of the comments. People like to hate i guess, especially ones that dont understand how this exercise works and what it targets. Nice range of motion.

  • AWeSOME EXERCISE !!!! I bet that burns the shoulders right up!!! To bad i cant do that with my dumbells.

  • it is a very good exercise for athletic training .develops proprioception and balance.

  • I do this exercise with a 52kg kettlebell attached to a duvet

  • @jalidav1 ahahah

  • what part of the muscel do u build by doing this?

  • @brucel33 ALL of them, especially the muscles in center.

  • @revolutionfit - fuck yeah, kettlebells work out the ENTIRE body!

  • @revolutionfit core.

  • @brucel33 NONE OF THEM!!!

  • @brucel33 the whole upper body.

  • never heard of this KB workout...what does it target?

  • can i ask what the purpose of the towel is and if there is a way you can do it without the towel

  • @ishoa1 . the towel gives you range of motion. its also great for gripping strength. do this one outside, away from people, and don't hit your head or body.

  • ok cool. thanks for your quick reply. ill give this tech a try.

  • @revolutionfit I think it also gives you extra tension, I mean the kettlebell itself being swinged adds more weight when you give it a bigger range of movement by the effect of the inertia. I mean that's what I feel then I do it with the towel

  • that looks awesome and hard. i must give it a try

  • Wow. you're fantastic!

  • thank you..... stay positive.

  • haha sorry man no disrespect.

  • @revolutionfit does the momentum cancel out your effort? like slinging bicep curls instead of staying rigid

  • @georgepowell he may look pretty daft but this excercise is very hard, it works every muscle group in the upper body and uses the legs for balance and stability as well. Also it is very good for core strength, would be nice to see you try it before throwing in your rubbish comments

  • @jalidav1 That comment is 6 months old. I agree, it was a rubbish comment. Thank you..... Stay positive!

  • i do that with a mini rope, or a towel. nice work.

  • hello hernia!

  • @Hotora86 Its actually very safe if you do it properly. Alot of people are so used to seeing traditional body building lifts that if they see anything outside of the norm they automatically think its unsafe.

  • @kyxmma The way some people do it on line makes it look like a suicide attempt or a jackass flick.

  • @Hotora86 - um not! if you're in shape (which obviously you're not) you'll never get a hernia doing this!

  • @evanescence2 You don't know me so STFU. Being fit doesn't matter, if you suddenly jerk-lift something heavy with your back there's a good chance you'll get a hernia. Tito Ortiz has a hernia, go tell him he's not fit you jackass.

  • effective exercise but dangerous

  • @shawndon3000 not if you have a decent length of reasonably thick shipping rope say a metre and half long for a really good swing mate, just make sure you keep a good distance from curious onlookers the thick rope is so much more effective and safer try it you might even like it the pump and grip strength is phenomenal. good luck mate

  • Why do you go so light?

I do that with the beast.

  • Dont hurt yourself...

  • just sayin, keep at it though!

  • my disks are fine..... thanks.

  • HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    +1

  • Nice one fella!

    Great exercise

  • nice job anthony :)
