Mate, car doors can be ripped off throughout the game. They may not be obvious, but just put on your GPS and you'll find them. Theres car door shields in Afganistan, Iraq, China, loads of places. Trust me.

Anyway, good walkthrough. Loved the quip about buttercuping your partner in the Training mission. lol
