It did an okay job at times, but overall, it showed a real lack of understanding of quality and class.

You are right.The presentation of the game is lacking at ABC,and therefore the teams have to bring in the ratings instead of those who help to bring the game to television.Therefore,since a good NBA game does not come by every Sunday,the ways of ESPN on ABC slows ratings down.NBC had the good presentation and got good ratings all season long from the first regular season game to the last of the NBA Finals.ABC must get better on the new contract or drop out early and give up to NBC.
