you should take some singing lessons, learn to breath, use some vocal techniques such as falsetto, vibrato, voice modulation among others... try to erase that unsuitable Spanish accent you have when you sing. Also try to increase range of you voice by including higher and lower pitches. As you improve, include your own styling to your songs, otherwise they will sound too amateur and will not stand out among the other covers. I would also recommend you to watch videos of other great singers...
