Awesome review! I'm out to buy an ar and ive been looking at this exact gun and the rra LAR-47 delta carbine and i cant decide which one to get.. the lar-47 is about 500 bucks more and you dont get the extra mag and rear sight. The thing is i'm gonna be taking it pig hunting.. do you think your's has the stopping power? or should i go with the lar-47?

how did u take of the front sling rivets off. was it hard to do.

@BASEate9 I "like" the Eotech, but had my dealer had Aimpoint T1 micros in stock when I bought my gun I would have opted for that instead. My only complaint about my personal eotech is the amount of real estate it takes up on my top rail.

@jrolla2k3 Yeah, I am most likely going with the H1, I don't need night vision capable sight. I have shot at night with NVG's and a peq-15 is far superior to looking through your optic...In fact, I actually shot better with the peq-15 and looking over my sights.

Phenomenal Rifle, they are also still running their deal for 1k, which if you go online to a few places you can catch it about 30 bucks less including shipping. I only wish this package would have included the choice of a flip-up rear sight. It will serve you well.

is that a 30rd magazine? do you think that would interfere with a small bipod attached to the front rail?

Nice rifle though....if I make any spare money this year I might get the Operator upper in .458 SOCOM.

Always visually check the chamber! Don't just rack the slide then pull the trigger. I warned a friend about doing that when he got his first gun (RRA NM no less)...he didn't listen and shot a hole through his couch and floor. Putting a finger into the chamber works too.

Thanks! I was debated between going with a RRA or a Bushmaster MOE but I think it is worth paying a little more for a better inside and trigger and then upgrading for it from there
