  • FLYING TEST ! FLYING TEST !!!

  • @Nozzor1

That is difficult till end of february !

  • I'M TOTALLY FAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Manuel, I can see you use manual lathe and mill setup. But do you have some kind of dimensions as to LxHxW of the parts? Can be inch or mm dimensions. Also, after studing the video a couple of times, what holds the motor from spinning in the lower bearing mount? I see you enlarged the four holes from 2mm to 3mm, but how do those holes & the headless fasteners hold the motor to the lower mount? I really want to know! Thank you.

  • Yes, I would like to know where you got the motor for this conversion and will you be manufacturering the clutch and motor mount for us who have Raptors and want to convert them to E/P? This setup you have is very nice and simple, just the way to do it. Please let me know about the info, I am very interested. Thank you, and job well done!

  • @1gundoctor

    Hi,

The motor is this: Neu Motors 1915 ...this is made in USA, cost up to U$S 250.00.

What kind of info you need, I don't have any scheme, I work with manual lathe and milling machines, but I think can send to you detailed photos of my conversion if that can help you !.

    regards,

    Manuel

  • Can you make me one for a scorpion 4035-500? I'm working on the same project using a raptor 60 carbon frame.

  • @tonyg981

    Hello Tony,

The only problem is that the Scorpion is an Out Runner motor, need a different support, soon I will start a conversion with the Align 700MX, this is OutRuner too, this conversion in an Raptor 90 ( same as 60), and I will post a video with full specs of the work, there is no problem to send the support or the details so you can find where make close to you.

Keep in touch, subscribe to my channel then you will follow the progress of the project.

    Kind regards,

    Manuel

  • do you do this for business? or pleasure? nice conversion !

  • @jbx907

Both...I love experiment new ideas and I LOVE HELIS, then I decided to move work with, I have clients and friends that let me experiment with his machines and better, a few pay me for that rsrsrs !!.

  • You just gave me a great idea. If I take the blades off my helicopters it will prevent me from crashing.:-) Nice job your machined parts are impressive.

  • @jauchiu

hehhehe...indeed a good idea took of the blades to prevent crash.. hahaha !!
