If you knew anything about the game you'd know that you don't need steady aim and the ACOG on the M40A3 boosts the damage so you don't always get tags.

first of all that makes no sense. secondly if I can partially understand what that says, the acog scope does nothing if you're NO-SCOPING. Secondly, the perk 'steady aim' makes the hip-fire more accurate. for morons like yourself who dont know what that means, it means fire without scoping; therefore steady aim is needed for more accurate NO-SCOPE kills.

You don't need steady aim you're wasting a perk slot I actually get less no scopes with steady aim and the ACOG does increase the M40A3's weapon damage look it up nigger or test it yourself shoot someone in the foot with a regular M40A3 in game with stopping power and they will not die in one hit unless it is noobcore then use an ACOG'd M40A3 and shoot them in the foot with stopping power unless they have juggernoob or gay stand they will die in one hit.

Not very surprising. You both aren't all that good, but to the R700 man, it's about 75% not your fault. The M40A3 is the only real no-scoping sniper, and without steady aim it's nearly impossible to get consistent no-scopes, especially with the R700. Stay at range, my man. Stay at range.
