We have had a very unusual winter this year in OHIO. Not much snow in C-bus, I think 4/5 inches total. I have never seen a winter like this one, Way too warm.. Maybe some snow tonight.
I prefer the cold to the hot... you can always put on another sweater, but there's a physical and a legal limit to how much you can take off. My main complaint about a northern winter is the dark not the cold... The days are just too short. Rich can tell you more about that, or even most of the europeans compared to some of us southerners... From south Ontario I mean.
I personally don't miss living in florida, Yeah it's nice year round but when you have mosquito's sucking blood out of ya in january it's a little to much. I only need one bloodsucker in my life and thats the I.R.S.

it is beautiful and you are very lucky....but i have to say....i love hiking in the snow and ice...we always say theres no bad weather just bad clothing...but boy oh boy i could sure use a tan,lol...our brothers up north are sure a crew of good guys...thanx for the vid and opportunity to join your message and greet the boys up north.
Hey my friend, you are one lucky son of a gun ;o) That is a warm day for sure! You were probably workin' up a sweat eh? I know I would :o) I just may have to head that way some day. You just never know! We'll see how much more the cold effects these old bones in the next 20 years...hehe! We were -37C windchill last nite and this mornin'...hehe. It really does look awesome there for January :o) Hope ya had a great hike!
Its minus 1 north of the big lakes and I have my fleece on! It really made me smile to see this until I realized you were being a little sarcastic .... bro! Looking forward to getting back into my shorts ... but then or course you have the bugs in the summer ... Thanks for the smile!
@EconoChallenge Man, it's like summer where you are buddy...hehe! I wear wool in the house ;o) But we've been warmer than predicted so far this year. We have a way to go yet though :o) We've had more chinooks this year than I've ever seen. It's crazy!
@steintanz You know what's really strange? It's only -2C rite now...haha! What a stupid winter this has been. In a couple days it'd gonna' be in the -30's again!
