Second, protesting doesn't work. And finally, the goal of the ELF isn't to convince people that destroying the environment is bad; the goal is to make sure that they can't do it in the first place.

So where do farms come from?
--Once natural habitat that was cleared for agriculture.
What happens when you clear land for agriculture?
--You kill hundreds of animals in the clearing process itself, and thousands more are displaced.... which will eventually die do to lack of natural resources

Have you never heard of the circle of life? Tiny animals are eaten by small animals, which are eaten by big animals, which are eaten by bigger animals. I have never had rabbit, but I know the leather in my car is nice and soft and if we are killing the cow to get leather for my car, we shouldn't let its nice delicious tender juicy meat go to waste, we should smoke it or grill it and serve it with some BBQ sauce or steak sauce and have a good time doing it. What a freak.

I really think they can go about it in a diff way then burning down buildings. one it pollutes and two their just gonna rebuild and use more material that involves more of a demand for natural resources. and wheres all the debris going? land fills. and costing the country and private owners thousands of dollars isnt very economical either. and when you say ppl dont matter tommy are you saying that your friends and family and who ever else doesn't mean anything to you

i have no problem with first nation peoples who live in relative balance with nature..i myself live in the tunguskan wilderness and am writing to you via a computer i constructed from a bear i killed and discarded candy wrappers..what i have an issue with is they mass production/mass consumption ethos that so readily plagues the western world, in particular the Usa. Double gulps? Giant cars? Fucking giant burgers? Wtf..

I am all for saving the enviroment but, will not do so at the cost of the enviroment. At least I can think of what I am doing unlike those freak organizations
