First off, it won't be the same three things for all guys. Probably, that's a good thing.
Three for me would be:
1. I notice hair. I like it long. I like when it falls in a woman's eyes, too. Again, this doesn't apply to all guys. Some are the exact opposite, and some don't notice hair much.
