If you think they have to starve themselves to get that body, you're wrong, they are doing one of the highest calorie burning sports in the world everyday at an elite standard. They are all muscle...look at those jumps they do...do you really think they could jump that high if they were starving theselves?

She eats and eats including desserts! She eats a lot of healthy foods including bread, pasta, pizza, ice cream, salad, sandwiches, oatmeal, fruit, etc. She kept a food journal for a high school project, and believe me, she eats plenty of calories!

To figure out the age of the students who go to the Vaganova Academy, or the Bolshoi you add 9 or 10 to the grade, so these girls are 14/15 years old.

well if your in england you could try Central School of ballet, if your a bit older there is Rambert or Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance teaches ballet

It is a boarding school. Most of their classes are probably about 1.5hours to 2hours long. From what I remember my teacher telling me.
