Kratos in Greek Mythology is the son of Zeus with a mortal woman. He served the Gods of Olympus and especially Zeus. He was ordered by Zeus to help Efaistus to put in chains Promitheas and leave him hanging from the rocks of mountain Caucasus. Kratos have had two sisters ( {Via} which means violence and {Niki} which means win) and one brother called Zilos which means Eagerness. Kratos and Via are used as a phrase even nowadays in modern Greece and refer to authority and the violence that acts..

Kratos in modern greek language means nation. Of course he is not as known as Hercules, Thyseas , Promitheas , Icarus , Pandora , Medusa , Seirens, all the Olympus gods and the mythical creatures that take part into this awesome game but he was a real mythical character... I'm trying to sell my Xbox 360... It's fun but it's put together from crappy parts and it breaks too much, even the official Microsoft peripherals are always breaking, and paying for online play is a drag. Going to get a PS3 as soon as it sells, greatly looking forward to this. xD

I will miss Gears of War a little but to be honest the PS3 exclusives will more than make up for it. =)

@Zeemas This was from an old Beta - the actual game actually looks quite a bit different, and that glitch doesn't appear. The game has some fantastic lighting which isn't seen in this Beta aswell.
