@Lala624222 you have to tug on the elastic but keep that pants normal. if you tug on the elastic but not the pants, that pants will scrunch. they will not do it by themselves ;)

For the cost, it depends on the fabric. The prices are usually around $5-$15 a yard I think but not sure.

either spandex, or shiny jersey ... for a small person 1 yard will make about 2 leggings

how comes when you are finished the leggings the gathered part is from the waist down , but when you have them on they are from the knee down ... are those different pants ?

not really her legs are wider and longer therefore the material will stretch also when she's sewing the material she stretches the white string, exactly whats happening when she wares them... stretching them... o and btw its not pressure...

Leggings are usually made out of a jersey knit (stretchy). You can get them in a matte finish, but also in the shimmery fabric like she's using. Fabric stores should have loads of shimmery jerseys in stock right now since the metallic leggings are very "in."
