@bakedpotat0 I'm pretty sure the movie is definite! They've already cast Lily Collins as Clary and they've actually offered Alex Pettyfer the role of Jace, and we're supposed to know later this week if he accepts. They say filming starts this spring, and the movie will be released in 2012. :D
