Curious which turbo was louder (the whistle) at idle HX35 or HE351? And which turbo is louder at full boost? I'll be doing this swap soon and I do like the whistle from the HX35 but it just doesnt flow good CFM vs HE351.

@Deepinher01 I don't have a fair comparison as I changed the exhaust when I did the turbo swap.

Did your mileage go down with the smaller turbine housing? The 12 chokes really bad at high rpms as it is.

No, mileage is slightly improved. Power increased on the top end as well. I drive the truck under 65mph. I net over 22mpg that was all the time.
