incline bench press your arms should go slightliy pass 90degrees and the bar should never touch your chest--it can cause injury on your shoulders over time.
did you notice rajiv's hand grip...his thumbs are behind the bar...this is totally wrong and potentially fatal... when grasping the bar, one should always wrap the thumbs around the bar so that the 4 fingers and thumbs meet in front of the bar.
u r totally ignorant..its internationally acceptable that thumb should be behind bar n should not wrap the bar...so please dont misguide those who r new in this field

no... it is very natural for the incline press to be somewhat more difficult to than the flat press... example: I flat bench press 320 lbs for 6 reps... but my incline is only 270 6 reps.
The narrator of this clip provides correct techniques in doing incline bench pressing. The bar must lightly touch the chest and then pushed back up- some people incorrectly go half way. Also, repetitions of 6-8 are sufficient. More than this is unnecessary and less is insufficient.
Too wide of a grip and the bar shouldn't touch the chest when doing this for reps

did you notice rajiv's hand grip...his thumbs are behind the bar...this is totally wrong and potentially fatal... when grasping the bar, one should always wrap the thumbs around the bar so that the 4 fingers and thumbs meet in front of the bar.

no... it is very natural for the incline press to be somewhat more difficult to than the flat press... example: I flat bench press 320 lbs for 6 reps... but my incline is only 270 6 reps.

The narrator of this clip provides correct techniques in doing incline bench pressing. The bar must lightly touch the chest and then pushed back up- some people incorrectly go half way. Also, repetitions of 6-8 are sufficient. More than this is unnecessary and less is insufficient.
