you're giving the bad example of driving and clicking on the screen. This means distraction 100%, you should program your gps first and then drive. And then thats why it has audio controls on the steereng wheel, for not to get distracted...

It tells you on the dashboard and I have the sport version, but it only averages about 19 mpg (city)

For the hybrid model:
On a recent trip from Portland, Oregon to Union City, California (about 650 miles, mostly highway), I was able to average 26 mpg.
