i have a replica of the limited edition gold fender strat but mines still a genuin fender but its a mexican version,btw that solo was amazin,guitar sounds nice aswell ;) but is abit slow as you said

first bend is a unison bend and when you go up the neck it's a unison bend between 12 and 15.

No. Wrong. Hes not pushing down on anything.

To get the pitch shift if you will, you fret the 5th fret B string and fret the 7th fret G string.

Hit both strings, and while still fretting the B 5th you bend up the 7th G till the pitch resonates. Its pretty cool try it!

when you do something with the bridge?

tremolo just without the bar. he's basically pushing the bridge down with his palm rather than the bar to get a more vibrato sound rather than tremolo i would imagine
