This video really helped me do my foundation ! Before , when I did it my way , it use to make my foundation looked caked on and flaky cause I do have really oily skin but after i wash my face , it turns dry and flaky and just not really good . But this has really helped ! I'd also like to make a request . I would love for you to do a tutorial on how to bring out blue eyes. Like how to make them stand out (pop out) more and how to make eyes all together look rounder and bigger . (:

@YukiCrossist there can be many reasons. first the foundation is too heavy, to thick. you can choose a lighther, thinner formula or mix the thick foundation with face cream. you could also be applying too much powder, or the powder is of bad quality. i noticed that foundation can be cheap, but powder has to be really good

.....of course i would never, ever let anyone touch me with their hands, i dont even apply my own make up with my hands, even after washing and purell-ing the crap out of your hands, its still gross, i dont care how much you've washed your hands - dont use them on other people, its a cardinal rule of being a respected MUA. and anyone who knows anything about make up knows that applying with your fingers is gross.

thats not the point, the point is that hands are not professional tools to use, of COURSE you CAN use them if you want to and in fact they are probably much better to use due to the warmth that your fingers create HOWEVER if you ARE going to use them WASH them first and make sure your client KNOWs your hands are clean

John's actually from Minnesota. But he's lived in England for years, hence the blend of accents. He also has a very precise way of expressing himself which is different to some who swallow their words..

So I guess his style of speech, his native hometown and his time in England give him a unique accent.
