A lot of you have been saying some interesting things about investigating who she may have been with at the party the night she died. And yes, I realize I may have been overly-aggressive with Herman so Im not sure if hes going to be much help. I even sent Herman an email. No reply!
Im thinking it might make sense to figure out if she was with anyone the night she died. Who else would know that is the question.
So, she has a job, because she mentioned it in her second to last blog about slade. She also mentioned to you about joining a sorority. Did she? Did she at least Attempt to pledge. I know you dont like it but sororities do bring people together and she might have shared something with a fellow sister that you dont know. Look into it. It will help you. Also, as you know, girls can be really catty, Dont go in there to angry, be nice so you can use them later!
Who did Keira spend most of her time with at orientation? The money issue might be important, but that may just be one part of the whole picture. Sometimes the correct answers to a puzzle are the less obvious ones.
A quick thought, maybe she did something at orientation, and someone might have blackmailed her. Threaten to expose her and get her expelled, and put her in an even worse situation.
One more question. Since you two both went to U.N.Y, why didn't the two of you become roommates?
She didn't spend a lot of time with just one person. I mean, we were both really busy with figuring out class schedules, moving, etc. I don't remember any sort of scandals that happened with her at orientation. I mean, she drank a lot one night, but most people did. The blackmail is an interesting thought though.
As for rooming together, we both tried for singles. But since my lottery number was horrible, I ended up with a double with a random (ahem, Lexi) person.
I'll rephrase; was there a group of people she was drawn towards more than others? Did she spend any time with you during orientation? If she was being blackmailed, it could explain why she wasn't in much contact with you afterwards. Maybe during that one night you mentioned, someone might have done something to her, and could have been threatened that if she told, she'd die. Maybe the night she died was a repeat of that night at orientation. Decided to tell what happened, but was silenced.

Actually, she never pledged as far as I knew. She sort of hung around her own sorority of sorts, but never one particular chapter.
And girls can be catty? Never noticed (sarcasm). Yeah, I definitely don't trust a lot of them. Hmm, maybe that's why I don't have many female friends.
