This usage is editorial. If you go to BM, then expect to have your image captured, or you can wear your Cloak of Invisibility.

If anyone should be showing some discretion it is the women and men (whom of which you didn't mention) who are naked. But if they are walking around stark naked without care of who seems them then I don't think discretion is their concern.
