But yeah, who says that the Vocaloids wear nothing but one outfit? They can wear different outfits in fan music videos. There are also many fan-made vocaloid characters as well, like the red kaito hanging from one of the speechbubbles (Akaito).

Well the yellow themed one with the ponytail is Akita Neru, she's fanmade. The purple (or gray, depending on how you look at it) themed one is Yowane Haku. Again, fanmade. And, I don't know if you noticed them, but the pink one hanging off the (?) balloon is Megurine Luka, an actual Vocaloid, just newer and less known. The red one hanging off Kaito's (Ice) balloon is Akaito, who is, AGAIN, fanmade. I dunno the brown one on the (?) balloon though... THAT one might be from an anime.
