Read the book guys! N the book nobody gets out alive & the characters R all changed around. This movie was crazy but the book definitely better. What I don't get, why the writers could of least had the characters build a bigger fire or the Mayans burn the temple, every thing...

Stiller was in this? Wow, that actually surprises me after seeing Dodgeball and the other films he's been involved in. I don't like how the hostess said "evil spirits" though. Makes the movie sound stupid.

Hey Stiller, why does your movies suck so bad? like they were made on some Jewliewood formula of a cheap crappy movie relying on suckers who just have to see a flick on saturdaynight no matter how bad it is? Ben, you ripped off Dodgeball theme movie, your night at the musuem was a joke. There is something called arts and entertainment and this film was neither.

Whoa i didn't know Ben Stiller helped with this movie

isn't like a comedy guy

good movie though I was entertained and disgusted

oh and Laura Ramsey is so fucking hot in the begining of the movie

cool, it seems most of the books are better. I did read the shineing and the green mile by king the movies were great. the worst book to movie i saw was DESPERATION by King.

WOW, YOU ARE DEAD RIGHT about the Desperation movie. That book should STAY a book.  Theres NO way that movie can did the book justice, Desperation just outside the box. Maybe I will buy the Ruins book from amazon, since I ordered the movie from there today lol.

Well I liked it but didn't love it. I liked it because the film was scary, sad, and terrifying in one. It shows you what things you need to do to survive in situations and work in a team. So I'd give it 3 stars out of 4 for that reason. The thing I really didn't like is that the first 30 minutes it was like Turistas in Mexico.
