  • If you learn one trick from this video, then it's well worth the effort that RobustWineBar put into it. I a still debating on open or closed pigs. Both have it's advantages. The injection was fine, but I like to make a garlic, theme, salt, pepper, pineapple juice and apple cider mix. Everyone has a different spin to this age old cooking.
