Fiction would have been a #1 hit right now when put up against the shit bands of the 2000/10's. They have a unique sound and would have stood out compared to the new shit hipster bands...

I was actually having a conversation about Orgy at work the other night - my opinion is that they got big about a decade too soon. Now the pop bands are all wearing makeup and playing synth, they could have sold themselves as the anti-pop band now and have been HUGE. I miss them from the late 90's/early 2000's, but they need to hurry up and release new music because this is their window...

Jay is trying to pull a "Steve Perry". He's choosing to leave the band, yet still wants to release his solo stuff as Orgy, and the others have to be the ones to change shit up. Not cool, Jay...not cool.

industrial music to me is crap....but orgy is surprising cause they don't sound like most industrial bands....usually it's the vocals that i can't stand but their lead singer has a great voice live and in studio

Yes the vocals are pretty good, and they do have some original riffs and effects. At the same time I dont really love them, but I respect them.

I'm a metalhead but I love Orgy. I think they have a good balance of computerized effects and good hard rock riffs. I love the vocals too. I also like Trapt as far as just regular hard rock bands go.
