@bahuka91 La Campanella is a piece of Romantic piano music. They're a bunch of etudes for piano by Franz Liszt. If memory serves, Liszt wrote them all based on themes by another composer named Niccolo Paganini. I haven't spent much time with Liszt, though, so I can't remember off the top of my head.

What's beautiful and a bit mesmerising about Matt sitting at a piano playing a flourish of Liszt is that you know, in another life, he could have been a soloist, or even a 16th or 17th century classical composer himself. I remember seeing an interview somewhere where someone said that if Matt had been born a couple hundred years ago he still would have been a famous musician because it's the piano, not the guitar that is the soul of his music.

Can he actually play the Liszt piece? All he does with classical pieces is simplify them, like the Rachmaninoff prelude. In the other video, the most technically advanced things he did were arpeggios.

He has been playing since he was a boy. He has been known to interpret some Beethoven and Chopin pieces into some songs. One of the tracks Muse has made, he did 'Moonlight Sonata' but an Octave higher I believe. Sounds very well!
