there is nothing wrong with the federal government , it is right where we left it. legislative, judicial, and some clown to put in front of the cameras, they have the right to hire some cops and soldiers to protest us, they have the right to print money,(but they clearly don't know when to stop) and the right to pass laws(but again, they don't know when to stop) The fed/state bureaucracy is our real government now. none of those dept.s have anything to do with the constitution.
It's pretty amazing. Undeclared wars, Obamacare, "Patriot" Act, "security" checkpoints, NDAA and it's like nobody even noticed. People keep watching football games and Dancing with Stars or whatever crap is on while they're turning the country into 1952 Soviet Union.
The mandate is unconstitutional, not the rest of it. Judges often strike down portions of bills that are unconstitutional without striking down the whole thing! When the Supreme Court strikes down the mandate, the mandate will never see the light of day, but the rest holds.
@thewag777 I've heard this argument, but I think that the mandate is a federal regulation, not a law. That way, the federal government can basically bribe states to comply with the regulation in exchange for funding.
Let me build this straw man of lib racists, by having Breitbart coax some idiots in some protest spout idiotisms. Than claim that there is no evidence of racism from the tea party. When there is not only a plethora of a same sort of evidence but a serious one: (depts.washington.edu/uwiser/racepolitics . html) That's 2 intentional fallacies in first few seconds. Also while I agree that the individual mandate is unconst. it's hardly the 1st or the worst crime vs const. in the last decade.
So the constitution is null and void. Lets get together and figure out a way to force the government to admit it to the press and public. If there are any testicles still hanging in this country it will cause a huge backlash. We need to get together and fix this problem the civil way. What am i supposed to do wait for a terrible storm to tear threw my town and when fema comes to take my gun like in new orleans just let them break that rule once again? Are we really going to stand for this?
@ThePelicans44 that's a common misconception, by constitutional definition, military action isn't even a war unless it's declared as such. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, all military action. Not wars.
But Wall Street is also doing their job, exactly as the shareholders want them too. If there is corruption in Wall Street, point it out. Where is it? If you try to say it's corrupt for executives to exploit the system, then it's not the execs fault, they're doing what's right for the company. It's the fault of the government and the tax code. Keep in mind that the shareholders are regular folks like u and me. And if u owned part of a company, u would want it to do whatever it can to make money.
I'd say he was being sarcastic. He said, more or less, you can expect this kind of behavior from progressives (0:45) in the same tone as when he intentionally accredited the racism to tea-partiers at (0:35). He rhetorically points this out, because the left leaning groups tout themselves as tolerant, altruistic, etc.
Wow, anecdotal evidence. We know the the left is in support of civil rights for gays. Overall racism isn't common from either party. Unfortunately both parties have idiots among their ranks.
People like you that say public workers shouldn't be allowed to unionize obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Are there crooks involved in that who just take our money? Absolutely. Isn't that true with most things? There are crooks everywhere. Instead of punishing everybody punish the crooks. Suggest take away all I have and what I work for I might want to punch you too. Everyone says liberals are violent pussies but at least they fight back when threatened.
@TreyParkersBitch He's not saying public workers should not be able to unionize. They just shouldn't be able to negotiate for higher wages since WE the tax payers are paying their salary.
@Altimadark No i don't, i use it because i feel like it. Is that a problem? Since when was using the word gay meaning your against gay marriage? If your not gay don't worry about it.
besides...a judge doesn't stand for the constitution by definition either....a judge is inaugurated as such do to orderly process by a panel...they analyze his interpretation of the constitution and other laws and if they see fit...he or she passes....the constitution can gather multiple interpretations of it's meaning...and don't use some outrageous example if you do reply back...
You're a fucking idiot...no wonder you only have 30,000 subscribers...
I think you need to broaden your scope. There are MANY unconstitutional federal laws. Sobriety check points, the Patriot Act, Presidential Executive Orders, Military training for domestic operations, gun laws, the erosion of sovereignty of the state. Most politicians see the constitution as a nuisance and NOT designed to keep their "power" in check. This isn't a conspiracy, it is a reality and a serious crisis.
Something I don't quite get: Why would those several hundred organizations/unions vote for Obamacare but then want (and get) a waiver from it? Perhaps you can clarify this for me. (I honestly don't get it).
@Politicimo Easy; to keep competition down. This, IMO, is another reason why you don't want the federal government in charge of this sort of thing.
To illustrate, imagine of Coke lobbied congress to pass a soda tax, with a wavier for Coke. How do you think the relative stalemate between Coke and Pepsi would be affected in this hypothetical situation? It's the same basic idea.
KKK was founded by democrats and Martin Luther King was a Republican, so it just goes to show how lefties can be racists and 'righties' are for freedom and rights.
@Polyhymnia89 I'd be willing to bet that 98% of the US population have never heard of Current TV. Their ratings are what, 18,000 a day in a country of 330 million? That's kinda like never having heard of the howtheworldworks guy.
GM Chapter 11? Uh, what exactly is it the creditors were supposed to split up? Per wiki, the filing reported US$82.29 billion in assets and US$172.81 billion in debt. Further there had to be an agreement and strategy by all parties in place or the government would have done nothing. What is it about this country's nearly $1 trillion annual trade deficit, despite a nearly $15 trillion GDP, that makes you so big on wishing GM totally failed? Obamacare has seen opposite lower ct rulings. wth??
Speaking of the rule of law the Patriot Act extension got shot down. Thank you 26 Republicans for bucking your party and standing up for the 4th Amendment.
ya... i feel just about the same as lee does... too bad that the sheeple will rule and the lambs will be slaughtered. :( ya... kinda sux. Tommarrow I'll make a video response to this as to WHY this is happening. The solution to this is simple. Fight, flight, or submit. These the only alternative. I'm a peaceful man who will have to submit. Many others wont though. We all submit to a degree because we all have full stomachs and lindsey lohans necklace on our minds. (pathetic) :(
Tea Party members better start looking out for their race. Whites will be a minority in this country before long and then you can forget about ever winning another election again.
Anti-White activist Tim Wise said it best when talking about the declining White populations. "-- thus guaranteeing that the folks of color, and even a decent size minority of us white folks will be able to crush you, election after election, from the Presidency on down to the 8th grade student council."
@ClutchFan1971 I'll concede that too many play the race card in this country because X number of whites disagree with you. That said, I still don't think that makes this a "race" issue.
Ah, but this is nothing new. The Supreme Court also once ruled it unconstitutional to relocate Native Americans from the S.E. States to Oklahoma. It was done anyway. Funny how the media reports I've read mention that no injunction was issued to stop Obamadoesn'tCare and it could therefore continue until resolved by SCOTUS. They never mention no injunction is needed because it's freaking unconstitutional.
If it's unconstitutional, can't we all just ignore it even if the Congress thinks it's a law? If we're fined we can just not pay that and any court should nullify it...assuming the judge gives a damn about the law.
But yeah, I'm with you this is nonsense. What we need is some kind of giant corporation to say "piss off" to the Obama Care law and say it's unconstitutional and they don't have to follow it. That might get some attention.
My Tea Party has Blakes Browns yellows and whites. I never heard any racism. Until some little fool that has no clue about the world drags it across the field to try to get attention. We been screwed since the 70's. And we all know it. So stop with the division. Racism is a word used by racists. That means you.
Its frustrating when the federal government ignores its constraints (the constitution) and does whatever it pleases. Even more sad...is that I suspect that in this case it is acting on the will of the majority. The same majority that doesn't even know what the constitution says. We Americans are in trouble if this trend keeps up.
@standupgun "Its frustrating when the federal government ignores its constraints (the constitution) and does whatever it pleases."
Two federal district court judges have upheld the health care reform law, two federal district court judges have struck it down (Judge Vinson's decision--the one cited here--being the more recent and broader of those two). Which ruling should the administration follow and why? Or shouldn't this work as it usually does: enforcement of the ruling is held in...
(con't) @standupgun ...abeyance pending exhaustion of the judicial review process? The administration has made it clear that it intends to appeal Judge Vinson's ruling as well as the ruling out of Virginia. The administration has also made it clear that it will seek a stay of Judge Vinson's ruling pending appeal. There's nothing out of the ordinary here.
The judges are human and therefore subject to mistake, once our "judges" ruled that blacks weren't fully human. The point is that according to our constitution...our federal government can't FORCE us to buy anything. I agree with that sentiment...so I will refuse to go along with it. Judges can "rule" on anything, but that doesn't supersede the plain language of our nations greatest gift to the world...our bill of rights and our constitution. At least that's how I see it. ;)
This video demonstrates a profound ignorance of how the federal courts work as well as an almost total ignorance of the health care reform law's status in the federal courts. As of today, health care reform has been upheld by two federal district courts and it's been struck down by two federal district courts (see, e.g., newsweek (.) com (/) 2011 (/) 02(/) 06 (/) the-justice-will-see-you-now (.) html). Did you know that? If so, why does Judge Vinson's ruling against HCR trump the rulings...
(con't) in favor of it? Did you complain when the government continued to enforce "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" despite the fact that it had been ruled unconstitutional by a number of federal courts? How about the federal district court decision striking down the National Day of Prayer law? If you knew how the federal courts worked, you'd know that the common practice is for enforcement of a ruling to be held in abeyance pending exhaustion of the judicial review process. There is no doubt that...
(con't) ...the administration intends to appeal the rulings adverse to HCR. But I'm most interested in your answer to the question as to which of the four federal courts the administration should obey on this: the two that ruled HCR unconstitutional or the two that didn't? And why?
The Supreme Court said that the FCC could not regulate the Internet, and the Obama Admin went in and did it anyway. It's not anything new. Politicians have been doing this for years.
where in the constitution does it say no obama care i havent heard you say it yet? Riddle me that and then contiune to talk about the ONE judge who, ruled it un- consitional.
@ThePWNZORorNOOBZOR Where in the constitution does it say you're allowed to have a computer? Or internet access? Riddle me that and then continue to talk about the so-called "constitutionality" of Obamacare.
@Altimadark I'm not sure what you're getting at, but just in case . . . the constitution doesn't grant privileges to private citizens, it grants power to the government. Anything it doesn't say private citizens can't do, they can do, and anything it doesn't say the government can do, the government can't do.
Okay so if we disagree with one pig who is most likely has some bias, we are unconstitutional? I could have sworn this was the U.S. where majority rules. What about democracy Lee?
@BaBYPuNCheR133 The U.S. is supposed to be a republic rather than a mobocracy that votes to steal other people's money to leach and sponge off the labours of others, which leftists aim to do.
@EnthalpyH His channel didn't exist when the Bush administration was starting wars, but if you're interested in his capacity to criticize the right-wing for issues of constitutionality then you should watch the first video uploaded onto his HowTheWorldWorks channel, "Bush to Bailout Auto Industry...Unconstitutional?" watch?v=RfgPVQgaRyE
Great video. The rule of law really is dead. Look at the majority of internet users who think that it is acceptable to illegally download thousands of dollars of copyrighted music and movies without paying the artist who worked hard to create it. It's unbelievable that these people don't see anything wrong with what they're doing - even some who claim to be Conservatives. It blows my mind. Nobody seems to care about the law anymore. I wish the authorities would finally go after this crap.
both you right and left wingers are just two sides of the same coin. wake up idiots. while you nickel and dime each other to DEATH you will not even notice that you are dieing.
Funny how you have no actual concept of constitutional law. Figures that you would find some relevance in what few insane crackpots said by suggesting they represent half the country.
@feedtherich - If a lower Federal Court Judge rules a law unconstitutional, it must be placed on hold pending appeal at the supreme court level. Until this current ruling is overturned, the STATUS OF THIS LAW IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL and CANNOT BE ENFORCED. Articles 2 and 3 explain this, and explain the checks and balances.
Lee when are you going to figure out that there is no such thing as the USA. It's an ILLEGAL fiction. Read "the constitution of no authority" by Lysander Spooner, 1870.
No evidence that the Tea Partiers are violent or racist? How do you explain that woman getting her head stomped on by a Rand Paul supporter? He's a Tea Party bitch. Not racist? These people are still screaming for his birth certificate and parade around with his picture painted with a Hitler mustache. Yeah, I get it- free speech but they're still a huge group of assholes. This guy speaking is a pompous little pipsqueak who spreads right wing lies and nonsense. Shut up, homo. You suck.
@TreyParkersBitch - I will concede the ONE incident of the Rand Paul supporter he was clearly out of line but DOES NOT REPRESENT ALL OF US!
Depicting Obama with a Hitler mustache is NOT racist, it's calling the man a fascist, which isn't racist.
Asking for Obama's Birth Certificate is legitimate inquiry into whether or not the man is Constitutionally eligible for Presidency. Granted, I don't personally agree with the birthers, it is legitimate.
@TreyParkersBitch So.... a couple incidents in a movement consisting of thousands of people = they're all bad? Ok then, I shall define you by the worst thing I've known you to do (in this case, being a homophobic, name-calling imbecile), and shut out all possible arguments you have, regardless of whether they might be right.
It's fun having your own twisted logic turned back on you, no?
@LeQuack147 Oh please. The Tea Party people are some of the craziest loons I have ever seen. Some are peaceful protesters, yes, but overall the whole movement is a joke. What are they afraid of? Socialism? That's idiotic and those people practically scream for Obama's head. Where were they when Bush was in office and blowing up the Middle East? Stupid Tea Party didn't care then. They're frauds. "Take our country back"? More like lynch the President. Tea Party = Crazy Nutbags.
@TreyParkersBitch where were the dems when clinton was selling nuclear secrets to china? where were the dems when clinton was caught with 900 secret FBI files? where were the dems when clinton was sending our soldiers to die in somalia? where were the dems when the WTC was bombed in 93!? where were the dems when FDR took a THIRD term? where were the dems when FDR appointed lauchlin currie, soviet spy, as his executive assistant AFTER the FBI told him he was working for the KGB?
@TreyParkersBitch i could dig up a thousand more things about your party that you will refuse to listen to. but in 2 yrs, i can say the same shit about obama. so wail on bush all you want. your party has bush derangement syndrome
@666wickedjack If you're gonna talk shit on FDR there is no point in engaging in any sort of conversation with you. Automatically you assume I am a Democrat so I will not try to have an intelligent debate with you because it is a waste of my time. Are we at any sort of nuclear war with China? And what did you expect Democrats to do when the WTC was bombed in '93? Write personal apologies to everyone affected? Yeah, you're a hate filled idiot. Nice try.
@TreyParkersBitch getting mad and throwing a hissy fit at me isnt going to change the fact that you have NO FACTS. The Tea partyers scream for obamas head? where? Would you like to explain how, after we JUST got done talking about rhetoric, there are democrat congressmen screaming for his constituents to get bloody in the street? the Labor movement has posters of Scott Walker with Hitler mustaches galore. The labor movement is getting violent and actually beating up ppl, including reporters
@666wickedjack It's on TV. I can't tell you how many clips I've seen on local news networks of Tea Partiers raging about Obama being Anti-American and screaming for him to get out. It ain't pretty....and if I were present instead of just watching I'd be afraid. This bullshit you and everyone else spreads about Democrats being "clueless" and not having "ONE fact" to back anything up is old and inaccurate. Do what I do and turn on the television or pick up a newspaper instead of
@TreyParkersBitch but somehow, in your tiny little head, the tea party is the violent group. the tea party is the threat screaming for the head of obama. the tea party are the loons. Of course, you have NOT ONE FACT to back up a single thing that you say. A typical answer, from a democrat to a republican, is "im not gonna argue with you because your stupid. Democrats say that ALL THE TIME. They absolutely REFUSE to argue because they are totally clueless and they know it.
@666wickedjack throw your own little hissy fit at me and claim I'm making shit up because you just don't like what you hear. Do I think all Tea Partiers are are violent and crazy? Of course not but at the same time I'm not going to listen to their lies about never being violent. I'VE SEEN IT on the news and I'VE READ IT in the paper. As for those anti-Walker people...that's inexcusable also but what are you gonna do? People are violent. I hate the guy but I wouldn't hurt him.
@TreyParkersBitch it was the labor thugs getting violent and beating up the tea partiers: /watch?v=zTXBOgPCh9w
/watch?v=KthkddJdvSs
/watch?v=ZPQjnPhIvDo
iv SEEN the news. And once again, you didn't cite a single fact. you point to a video with violent tea party ppl and ill point to more union thugs beating them up. You said you've seen all these clips of tea partiers getting violent, it should be easy to point to one, huh?
@TreyParkersBitch sry to bust ur bubble, but how exactly do u know that guy was a tea partier? it just says teabagger at the top and u automatically assume its a tea partier? yea, we all understand that ur party gets a big kick out of insults from the 3rd grade, but there was nothing tea party related. so try again, dipshit. btw, i pointed to 4 different videos, and that was the only one u could come up with? they didn't even MENTION tea party in the entire news report!!
@666wickedjack I actually didn't see your other links. Excuse me...
watch?v=bgec9WX21ik Guy is crazy and unprovoked threatens violence. I understand this guy went thru hell but he's threatening violence against someone who just asked him a question. Also he's completely misinformed about Obama's health care. If you don't want it- DON'T BUY IT. It's not meant for people who already have good health care or just don't want any period.
@TreyParkersBitch watch?v=bgec9WX21ik This guy is awesome!!! He's SEEN communism, he KNOWS what its like, and he KNOWS how bad it gets under communism!!! he got a little over the top, but it was NOT unprovoked, the "reporter" was trying to say he wanted to close the VA which is TOTAL BULLSHIT! thats NOT what the guy said! but ONCE AGAIN i get the pleasure of reminding you that there is NO VIOLENCE HERE. u got anything else????
@TreyParkersBitch allow me to show you what unprovoked threats and threats of violence actually looks like:
/watch?v=QaiyD3HXH0s
what do you think about that, huh? id LOVE to see a tea party person who's actually acting like that! show me just one!! that guy is actually foaming at the mouth!! any tea partiers like that!?!?
@666wickedjack Oh now who's using third grade insults? Get a life. Oh and the one link of yours (I'm not looking for it) isn't really violence. It's some Red Sox fan holding a sign falling down cause someone walking past him was rough and knocked him down. It wasn't like he started punching and kicking the guy. After that it was some nut in a hard hat yelling at some lady. I could look for videos of Tea Partiers foaming and screaming for Obama to GET OUT but I have better things to do.
@TreyParkersBitch so what if they just pushed him? the guy was old! thats called VIOLENCE, LOOK IT UP. you whine about bush and how you think the tea party is violent but u haven't found ONE SINGLE INSTANCE of violence from a tea partier. i showed you video after video after video of liberal union thugs BEATING UP PEOPLE. and what do you do? "i could look for videos of tea partiers screaming" yea, but unfortunately, u cant find any violence. liberals are violent, the tea party isnt, deal with it
@TreyParkersBitch but that video aside, would u care to comment on the other 4 videos i posted of liberal thugs beating up ppl or shouting for james clyburn to be lynched and "sent back to the fields"? cuz u still haven't shown me where the tea party has been violent, and u couldn't possibly produce any tea party racism that outmatches that of the liberals
@666wickedjack People are naturally violent by nature. It's not a left or right, tea party or union thug issue. As for that guy threatening to cut up the guy asking him a question...if someone you considered a "liberal" said something like that you'd fly off the handle about how they're so 'violent.'
@TreyParkersBitch i dont give a shit about threats. take a look at the FACTS for a moment. there are plenty of videos of liberals beating up tea partiers. remember when they bit off that guys finger? And just yesterday police find live ammunition scattered on the ground outside the capital in wisconsin. who's been at the capital of wisconsin for the past couple weeks? oh yea! liberal union thugs! wat a big fuckin surprise!! There's a pile of evidence against them, none against tea partiers
@TreyParkersBitch do you even know what the word "violence" means? try looking it up in the dictionary and then please refer to the videos i showed you for an example of liberals being violent. It shows them threatening violence, as well as actually being violent.
@TreyParkersBitch thats the liberal way for ya! find a conservative video, whine about bush and spout off about something u dont know shit about, then run away when someone confronts you with solid facts. Liberals always run away from challenges. just like the wisconsin dems
@666wickedjack Sorry, buddy, I have a life and I'm kind of too busy with it to keep replying to your stupid comments. If it makes you feel better about your loser self FINE. You win this stupid, pointless argument. And re-read your one comment-finding loose ammunition doesn't prove SHIT unless they're caught with it. They're running away from the problem in WI? I thought you said the opposite. If someone threatened to take away all you had maybe you'd get pissed and violent too.
@666wickedjack ...what? And what are the Republicans doing? Re-writing abortion laws that endanger women's reproductive health and keeping everyone scared and ignorant so they can maintain control of the Middle East. We're ALL paying for that. As a union worker (my mom is too) I take offense to this "stealing tax payer money" nonsense. We're hard working tax payers too and we'll pay more for our benefits but yeah, strip bargaining rights and those will go bye bye.
@TreyParkersBitch hahaha! another typical liberal tactic: change the subject to something completely different. What, exactly, are the unions "bargaining" over? Wages, benefits, pensions, and healthcare. Completely disregarding the fact that the people on the other end of the "bargaining" table are the ppl that the unions put into office (over 90% of union dues go to the dems), but where in the fuck do you think that money comes from? the magical fuckin money fairy? These are GOVERNMENT WORKERS.
@666wickedjack Will you quit it with the "stupid liberal tactics" crap? I'm not a fucking liberal so shut it. You mentioned "Democrats stealing money out of tax payers wallets" so I assumed the issue in WI is what you were talking about. You just re-affirmed my one point; people like you seem to think state worker jobs should be voluntary as we seem to think there are "magical fucking money fairies" to stabilize it. Last I checked it's a Repub. taking the bargaining rights away-not a Dem.
@TreyParkersBitch You completely missed my entire point, and no, its not just about WI
according to the U.S. Dept of Labor and the Bureau of Labor statistics, you can find their report here:
wwwdotblsdotgov/newsrelease/pdf/ecec.pdf
state and local government employees earned total compensation of $39.60 an hour, compared to $27.42 an hour for private industry workers-a difference of over 44 percent. This includes 35 percent higher wages and nearly 69 percent greater benefits
@666wickedjack My mother went to college for four years for her state job and after 26 years I think she's earned her wages and benefits. She'll pay more to keep it, no problem there. She makes more than "the private sector" and you're pissed off? Go fucking wank off about it to someone else. I'm not talking about people who just want more money; I'm talking about people who don't want to lose what they've earned and what they depend on to live. Fucking Republican assholes....
@TreyParkersBitch "fucking republican assholes" and you don't think your a liberal? The problem isn't that you've earned money, its where the money is coming from and the fact that you're making more than the people (the tax payers) that pay your salary. The government can't create jobs because it doesn't MAKE money. It only steals it from people who did earn it. Yea, state workers are tax payers too, and that's another problem. You can't pay people with money that you take from them.
@TreyParkersBitch thats TAX-PAYER MONEY and everyone else is PAYING for the union workers to make 44 percent more than the rest of us, and all that while the state and federal governments are totally BROKE.
@TreyParkersBitch yea, you're definitely a liberal. A typical liberal who doesn't understand economics. Union workers make more than the people who pay their salary. Oh, you need that money to "get by"? what about the rest of us in the private sector? The people who are actually IN the economy? See, you don't give a shit about the economy because YOU are where all the money ends up. You're guaranteed a job for life, and you're guaranteed a lavish retirement pension courtesy of the tax payer
@666wickedjack Okay, if that's how you feel then do her job then. Go to college with a newborn baby for four years and learn how to ensure your own drinking water is free of toxins and run your own sewage system for your community. While you're at it educate your own kids, haul away your own trash, build your own streets, hell just do it ALL if you don't want to fucking pay for it and think those people aren't entitled. The cuts look good on paper until they hit home.
@666wickedjack Yes, you Republicans are ASSHOLES and to automatically assume just because I believe that I'm a liberal shows how ignorant you are. I don't vote Republican so I must be a liberal. Guaranteed a "lavish pension courtesy of the tax payer"? And people like you go after me, accusing me of being a "rich hating liberal". You people hate the working middle class and accuse US of stealing money from YOU when we make your miserable little life possible to function ASSHOLE.
@666wickedjack It's obvious you're just jealous or just hate people who weren't as lucky as you but lucky enough to find a job they can keep with benefits like the ones I'm sure you have. Like I said if it pisses you off they might make more than you then shut up and do it yourself. We all are working tax payers, we're all in this economy you dumb idiot. You suck, I'm done talking to you, I'm now eating asparagus with my dinner and when I pee later I'll think of you, 666wickedjack.
@TreyParkersBitch lol, of course, just get angry and cite no facts, the liberal way. Apparently you didn't see the report that i showed you earlier, or just refused to look at it. Collective bargaining is money that the unions EXTORTED out of the tax payer. And you know what? your not a liberal. You and your mom are both parasitic socialist union stooges stealing money from ppl who actually work for it
@TreyParkersBitch i dont know how things go down in liberal land, but here on planet earth we have this brilliant invention that you've apparently never heard of. its called a BOOK. BOOKS are where FACTS are found. Try picking one up sometime. Let me give you an example of a FACT. public sector workers make more than private sector workers: FACT. how is an economy supposed to function when the government sucks up all the money produced by the people? just try and wrap ur tiny brain around that.
@TreyParkersBitch looks like you union stooges LOSE! good. and now its the liberals whining about bills being rammed through. oh the irony! how does it feel to get a taste of your own medicine you socialist parasite?
@666wickedjack And fuck you for what you called my mother-a socialist parasite. She went to college for four years with a newborn baby to get the job she has. A parasite? SHE WORKED FOR IT, SHE EARNED IT, FUCK YOU. I bet you were practically creaming your pants to brag the union bosses lose. Get a life, LOSER. I'm glad this happened as people will wake up and what shit heads Republicans really are. Once again, fuck off. Keep replying of it makes you feel better but I'm done with this.
@TreyParkersBitch the liberal way. get pissed and cite no facts whatsoever. i've already presented you with enough of them and you know it. you dont have a single thing to back up your argument. and thats right, both of you are bloodsucking socialist parasites.
@666wickedjack You're a disgusting excuse for human being. Take your facts and go fuck yourself. Comparing hard working tax paying citizens to bank robbers blows your credibility right out the window. Here's a fact from a state union worker-the state DOES NOT pay her salary or her fucking benefits. This new law will NOT lower your taxes, IDIOT. For the last time FUCK OFF. In real life you're probably a douche and don't even know it-so are the people you probably hang out with. PATHETIC.
@TreyParkersBitch truth hurts doesn't it? welcome to planet earth. Its easy to enrage liberals, but you've been WAY off topic for quite some time now. Tell me again, why does your mom need collective bargaining?
@666wickedjack What do you mean "off topic"? I have a life, you know and I don't have time to keep up on conversations I have with anonymous people via YouTube. I don't feel like finding my comments and re-reading them so I probably don't remember what the original discussion was. I think you're talking about a particular subject when you meant something else in a post several days past and then you go off on this "you're off topic" attack. YouTube has apparently fixed that issue.
@666wickedjack That being said no, that's not the truth. People against union workers argue about things that aren't true. The tax payers do not fund my mother's check or her benefits. Getting rid of unions will not lower taxes. Is that true for all unions? Absolutely not. Stripping her union of it's rights "scares the hell" out of her cause bosses can take away everything she's worked for the past 26 years. Benefits, pensions, vacation days, etc. No more worker rights, either.
@TreyParkersBitch cuz you know just as well as i do that "collective bargaining" doesn't mean all workers rights. That's beyond ignorant. We don't have collective bargaining here in texas. the result, 250,000 jobs created here just last year
@666wickedjack Instead of punishing state workers like my mom who went to college for 4 years, worked for 26 and earned everything she has why not just weed out and criminalize union crooks who take tax payer money and give it to Democratic politicians during campaigning? Gov. Cris Cristie calls what my mom has "entitlements" when she WORKED for it; which goes back to old argument. Threaten to take away what you depend in to live and you might get violent too.
@TreyParkersBitch so why doesn't the private sector get those same entitlements? why does union labor get paid 44% more than everyone else? You're mom didn't work any harder that ppl working in the private sector, but she's getting paid more. And if the tax payer doesn't fund her paycheck, who does?
@666wickedjack This will be my final reply. No, I don't depend on collective bargaining but people depend on WHAT the union bargains for. Vacation days, sick days, overtime pay when necessary, benefits they are WILLING to pay more for, etc. They don't want the union to lose it's right to bargain because then they could lose what it's given them to live. Please leave me alone now. I tried to ignore you but you pestered me again. We're not going to agree so just DROP IT.
@TreyParkersBitch so ur dating a drug dealer and u wanna talk about MY credibility? collective bargaining isn't a constitutional right. The WI bill isn't breaking up the unions, it's limiting their VAST power. Richard trumka, in his own words, has a conversation EVERY DAY with someone at the white house. He's AT the white house 2 or 3 times a week. The president worked for SEIU and said "your work is my work" to them. It doesn't eventually dawn on u that unions have just bit too much power?
@666wickedjack "plenty of states don't have collective bargaining and their workers are well paid, and have good benefits" is ignorant. I already said I'm sure some union providers are straight up crooks who are literally stealing money from tax payers. You just don't see how this law will directly affect certain people. My mom doesn't make THAT much money, jerk. She is strictly middle class. This will be my final reply. We're not going to agree so just DROP IT. Goodbye.
@TreyParkersBitch how is that ignorant? you have no facts whatsoever to back up anything you say! Many states don't have collective bargaining and their pay is sometimes even higher. It's mostly the expensive pensions and other benefits obtained through collective bargaining with union friendly governors that have bankrupt the states
@666wickedjack, I don't think what you're saying is accurate. I am aware of corruption in unions, but what is really bankrupting our entire country is the monetary system we are under. Unions may breed corruption, Wall Street most assuredly does and is truly the center of it, banking systems, I've even seen privatized fire departments and heard horror stories about that, and of course the medical industry. Medical insurance is just wrong, with our knowledge and technology.
@666wickedjack, we waste resources because of the system, we don't advance certain sciences because of this system. And the globel monetary paradigm is affected by it of course as well. I'd say we are in more of an anti-economy than anything. A system of waste. Of course there are many, many great things that have come from us, but other fantastic scientific and medical advances have come out of all kinds of political systems.
My final thought is with the expotential growth of technology, we will have to change our system of governing and living in order to survive. It is a total joke that the republican party has people like Donald Trump, Mitt Romney, Sarah Pailin, etc. even being considered as president. In fact, most politicans are incapable of solving the real problems surrounding us. The Drug War should be one of our main focuses, ending it, the more dangerous the drug, the more regulated it should be.
@hoboboxerjoe i partly agree with you on the drug war, but if you're saying our entire monetary system is broken, what system would you have? The monetary system is broken because it's being driven by a Keynesian system. They need to stop bailing out losers and let prices work. The job of the Unions is literally to gain more power by any means necessary, the fact that they only work for one team should be a testament of their corruption and collusion with the political system. But...
@hoboboxerjoe Where the Corporation is an actual business, the Union is not. It doesn't sell a product, it doesn't create jobs (except for the extremely few who literally work for it, professional protesters come to mind), all it does is make it harder for companies to keep their workers unemployed and keep the company afloat at the same time. Unions don't even want the bad reforms that they lobbied to get passed, that's why they got waivers for Obamacare.
@666wickedjack And to write after a week of me blowing you off just to say, "Hahahaha, you lose we win how does it feel? Hahahahahaha" is extremely immature and says a lot about who you are. Like I said you ar
there is nothing wrong with the federal government , it is right where we left it. legislative, judicial, and some clown to put in front of the cameras, they have the right to hire some cops and soldiers to protest us, they have the right to print money,(but they clearly don't know when to stop) and the right to pass laws(but again, they don't know when to stop) The fed/state bureaucracy is our real government now. none of those dept.s have anything to do with the constitution.

So the constitution is null and void. We need to get together and fix this problem the civil way.

Its frustrating when the federal government ignores its constraints (the constitution) and does whatever it pleases.
ProfMTH 1 year ago
(con't) @standupgun ...abeyance pending exhaustion of the judicial review process? The administration has made it clear that it intends to appeal Judge Vinson's ruling as well as the ruling out of Virginia. The administration has also made it clear that it will seek a stay of Judge Vinson's ruling pending appeal. There's nothing out of the ordinary here.
ProfMTH 1 year ago
@ProfMTH
At least that's how I see it. ;)
standupgun 1 year ago
This video demonstrates a profound ignorance of how the federal courts work as well as an almost total ignorance of the health care reform law's status in the federal courts. As of today, health care reform has been upheld by two federal district courts and it's been struck down by two federal district courts (see, e.g., newsweek (.) com (/) 2011 (/) 02(/) 06 (/) the-justice-will-see-you-now (.) html). Did you know that? If so, why does Judge Vinson's ruling against HCR trump the rulings...
ProfMTH 1 year ago
(con't) in favor of it? Did you complain when the government continued to enforce "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" despite the fact that it had been ruled unconstitutional by a number of federal courts? How about the federal district court decision striking down the National Day of Prayer law? If you knew how the federal courts worked, you'd know that the common practice is for enforcement of a ruling to be held in abeyance pending exhaustion of the judicial review process. There is no doubt that...
ProfMTH 1 year ago
(con't) ...the administration intends to appeal the rulings adverse to HCR. But I'm most interested in your answer to the question as to which of the four federal courts the administration should obey on this: the two that ruled HCR unconstitutional or the two that didn't? And why?

666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack throw your own little hissy fit at me and claim I'm making shit up because you just don't like what you hear. Do I think all Tea Partiers are are violent and crazy? Of course not but at the same time I'm not going to listen to their lies about never being violent. I'VE SEEN IT on the news and I'VE READ IT in the paper. As for those anti-Walker people...that's inexcusable also but what are you gonna do? People are violent. I hate the guy but I wouldn't hurt him.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch it was the labor thugs getting violent and beating up the tea partiers: /watch?v=zTXBOgPCh9w
/watch?v=KthkddJdvSs
/watch?v=ZPQjnPhIvDo
iv SEEN the news. And once again, you didn't cite a single fact. you point to a video with violent tea party ppl and ill point to more union thugs beating them up. You said you've seen all these clips of tea partiers getting violent, it should be easy to point to one, huh?
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch for that matter, take a look at this one and fill me in on which side are the violent racists

666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack I actually didn't see your other links. Excuse me...
watch?v=bgec9WX21ik Guy is crazy and unprovoked threatens violence. I understand this guy went thru hell but he's threatening violence against someone who just asked him a question. Also he's completely misinformed about Obama's health care. If you don't want it- DON'T BUY IT. It's not meant for people who already have good health care or just don't want any period.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch watch?v=bgec9WX21ik This guy is awesome!!! He's SEEN communism, he KNOWS what its like, and he KNOWS how bad it gets under communism!!! he got a little over the top, but it was NOT unprovoked, the "reporter" was trying to say he wanted to close the VA which is TOTAL BULLSHIT! thats NOT what the guy said! but ONCE AGAIN i get the pleasure of reminding you that there is NO VIOLENCE HERE. u got anything else????
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch allow me to show you what unprovoked threats and threats of violence actually looks like:
/watch?v=QaiyD3HXH0s
what do you think about that, huh? id LOVE to see a tea party person who's actually acting like that! show me just one!! that guy is actually foaming at the mouth!! any tea partiers like that!?!?
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack Oh now who's using third grade insults? Get a life. Oh and the one link of yours (I'm not looking for it) isn't really violence. It's some Red Sox fan holding a sign falling down cause someone walking past him was rough and knocked him down. It wasn't like he started punching and kicking the guy. After that it was some nut in a hard hat yelling at some lady. I could look for videos of Tea Partiers foaming and screaming for Obama to GET OUT but I have better things to do.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch so what if they just pushed him? the guy was old! thats called VIOLENCE, LOOK IT UP. you whine about bush and how you think the tea party is violent but u haven't found ONE SINGLE INSTANCE of violence from a tea partier. i showed you video after video after video of liberal union thugs BEATING UP PEOPLE. and what do you do? "i could look for videos of tea partiers screaming" yea, but unfortunately, u cant find any violence. liberals are violent, the tea party isnt, deal with it
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch but that video aside, would u care to comment on the other 4 videos i posted of liberal thugs beating up ppl or shouting for james clyburn to be lynched and "sent back to the fields"? cuz u still haven't shown me where the tea party has been violent, and u couldn't possibly produce any tea party racism that outmatches that of the liberals
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch oh, it was clarence thomas, not clyburn. my bad
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack People are naturally violent by nature. It's not a left or right, tea party or union thug issue. As for that guy threatening to cut up the guy asking him a question...if someone you considered a "liberal" said something like that you'd fly off the handle about how they're so 'violent.'
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch i dont give a shit about threats. take a look at the FACTS for a moment. there are plenty of videos of liberals beating up tea partiers. remember when they bit off that guys finger? And just yesterday police find live ammunition scattered on the ground outside the capital in wisconsin. who's been at the capital of wisconsin for the past couple weeks? oh yea! liberal union thugs! wat a big fuckin surprise!! There's a pile of evidence against them, none against tea partiers
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch do you even know what the word "violence" means? try looking it up in the dictionary and then please refer to the videos i showed you for an example of liberals being violent. It shows them threatening violence, as well as actually being violent.
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch thats the liberal way for ya! find a conservative video, whine about bush and spout off about something u dont know shit about, then run away when someone confronts you with solid facts. Liberals always run away from challenges. just like the wisconsin dems
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack Sorry, buddy, I have a life and I'm kind of too busy with it to keep replying to your stupid comments. If it makes you feel better about your loser self FINE. You win this stupid, pointless argument. And re-read your one comment-finding loose ammunition doesn't prove SHIT unless they're caught with it. They're running away from the problem in WI? I thought you said the opposite. If someone threatened to take away all you had maybe you'd get pissed and violent too.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch your absolutely right: stealing money out of tax-payers wallets IS all that democrats have
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack ...what? And what are the Republicans doing? Re-writing abortion laws that endanger women's reproductive health and keeping everyone scared and ignorant so they can maintain control of the Middle East. We're ALL paying for that. As a union worker (my mom is too) I take offense to this "stealing tax payer money" nonsense. We're hard working tax payers too and we'll pay more for our benefits but yeah, strip bargaining rights and those will go bye bye.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch hahaha! another typical liberal tactic: change the subject to something completely different. What, exactly, are the unions "bargaining" over? Wages, benefits, pensions, and healthcare. Completely disregarding the fact that the people on the other end of the "bargaining" table are the ppl that the unions put into office (over 90% of union dues go to the dems), but where in the fuck do you think that money comes from? the magical fuckin money fairy? These are GOVERNMENT WORKERS.
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack Will you quit it with the "stupid liberal tactics" crap? I'm not a fucking liberal so shut it. You mentioned "Democrats stealing money out of tax payers wallets" so I assumed the issue in WI is what you were talking about. You just re-affirmed my one point; people like you seem to think state worker jobs should be voluntary as we seem to think there are "magical fucking money fairies" to stabilize it. Last I checked it's a Repub. taking the bargaining rights away-not a Dem.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch You completely missed my entire point, and no, its not just about WI
according to the U.S. Dept of Labor and the Bureau of Labor statistics, you can find their report here:
wwwdotblsdotgov/newsrelease/pdf/ecec.pdf
state and local government employees earned total compensation of $39.60 an hour, compared to $27.42 an hour for private industry workers-a difference of over 44 percent. This includes 35 percent higher wages and nearly 69 percent greater benefits
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack My mother went to college for four years for her state job and after 26 years I think she's earned her wages and benefits. She'll pay more to keep it, no problem there. She makes more than "the private sector" and you're pissed off? Go fucking wank off about it to someone else. I'm not talking about people who just want more money; I'm talking about people who don't want to lose what they've earned and what they depend on to live. Fucking Republican assholes....
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch "fucking republican assholes" and you don't think your a liberal? The problem isn't that you've earned money, its where the money is coming from and the fact that you're making more than the people (the tax payers) that pay your salary. The government can't create jobs because it doesn't MAKE money. It only steals it from people who did earn it. Yea, state workers are tax payers too, and that's another problem. You can't pay people with money that you take from them.
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch thats TAX-PAYER MONEY and everyone else is PAYING for the union workers to make 44 percent more than the rest of us, and all that while the state and federal governments are totally BROKE.
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack You sound like a little whiny, jealous BRAT who makes less than the garbage man. So do I but I'm not punishing him for it. Grow up.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch yea, you're definitely a liberal. A typical liberal who doesn't understand economics. Union workers make more than the people who pay their salary. Oh, you need that money to "get by"? what about the rest of us in the private sector? The people who are actually IN the economy? See, you don't give a shit about the economy because YOU are where all the money ends up. You're guaranteed a job for life, and you're guaranteed a lavish retirement pension courtesy of the tax payer
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@666wickedjack Okay, if that's how you feel then do her job then. Go to college with a newborn baby for four years and learn how to ensure your own drinking water is free of toxins and run your own sewage system for your community. While you're at it educate your own kids, haul away your own trash, build your own streets, hell just do it ALL if you don't want to fucking pay for it and think those people aren't entitled. The cuts look good on paper until they hit home.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@666wickedjack Yes, you Republicans are ASSHOLES and to automatically assume just because I believe that I'm a liberal shows how ignorant you are. I don't vote Republican so I must be a liberal. Guaranteed a "lavish pension courtesy of the tax payer"? And people like you go after me, accusing me of being a "rich hating liberal". You people hate the working middle class and accuse US of stealing money from YOU when we make your miserable little life possible to function ASSHOLE.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@666wickedjack It's obvious you're just jealous or just hate people who weren't as lucky as you but lucky enough to find a job they can keep with benefits like the ones I'm sure you have. Like I said if it pisses you off they might make more than you then shut up and do it yourself. We all are working tax payers, we're all in this economy you dumb idiot. You suck, I'm done talking to you, I'm now eating asparagus with my dinner and when I pee later I'll think of you, 666wickedjack.
TreyParkersBitch 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch lol, of course, just get angry and cite no facts, the liberal way. Apparently you didn't see the report that i showed you earlier, or just refused to look at it. Collective bargaining is money that the unions EXTORTED out of the tax payer. And you know what? your not a liberal. You and your mom are both parasitic socialist union stooges stealing money from ppl who actually work for it
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch i dont know how things go down in liberal land, but here on planet earth we have this brilliant invention that you've apparently never heard of. its called a BOOK. BOOKS are where FACTS are found. Try picking one up sometime. Let me give you an example of a FACT. public sector workers make more than private sector workers: FACT. how is an economy supposed to function when the government sucks up all the money produced by the people? just try and wrap ur tiny brain around that.
666wickedjack 1 year ago
@TreyParkersBitch looks like you union stooges LOSE! good. and now its the liberals whining about bills being rammed through. oh the irony! how does it feel to get a taste of your own medicine you socialist parasite?
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack Are you still bothering me? Fuck off
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@666wickedjack And fuck you for what you called my mother-a socialist parasite. She went to college for four years with a newborn baby to get the job she has. A parasite? SHE WORKED FOR IT, SHE EARNED IT, FUCK YOU. I bet you were practically creaming your pants to brag the union bosses lose. Get a life, LOSER. I'm glad this happened as people will wake up and what shit heads Republicans really are. Once again, fuck off. Keep replying of it makes you feel better but I'm done with this.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch the liberal way. get pissed and cite no facts whatsoever. i've already presented you with enough of them and you know it. you dont have a single thing to back up your argument. and thats right, both of you are bloodsucking socialist parasites.
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack You're a disgusting excuse for human being. Take your facts and go fuck yourself. Comparing hard working tax paying citizens to bank robbers blows your credibility right out the window. Here's a fact from a state union worker-the state DOES NOT pay her salary or her fucking benefits. This new law will NOT lower your taxes, IDIOT. For the last time FUCK OFF. In real life you're probably a douche and don't even know it-so are the people you probably hang out with. PATHETIC.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch truth hurts doesn't it? welcome to planet earth. Its easy to enrage liberals, but you've been WAY off topic for quite some time now. Tell me again, why does your mom need collective bargaining?
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack What do you mean "off topic"? I have a life, you know and I don't have time to keep up on conversations I have with anonymous people via YouTube. I don't feel like finding my comments and re-reading them so I probably don't remember what the original discussion was. I think you're talking about a particular subject when you meant something else in a post several days past and then you go off on this "you're off topic" attack. YouTube has apparently fixed that issue.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch so you don't know why ppl need collective bargaining?
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack That being said no, that's not the truth. People against union workers argue about things that aren't true. The tax payers do not fund my mother's check or her benefits. Getting rid of unions will not lower taxes. Is that true for all unions? Absolutely not. Stripping her union of it's rights "scares the hell" out of her cause bosses can take away everything she's worked for the past 26 years. Benefits, pensions, vacation days, etc. No more worker rights, either.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch cuz you know just as well as i do that "collective bargaining" doesn't mean all workers rights. That's beyond ignorant. We don't have collective bargaining here in texas. the result, 250,000 jobs created here just last year
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack Instead of punishing state workers like my mom who went to college for 4 years, worked for 26 and earned everything she has why not just weed out and criminalize union crooks who take tax payer money and give it to Democratic politicians during campaigning? Gov. Cris Cristie calls what my mom has "entitlements" when she WORKED for it; which goes back to old argument. Threaten to take away what you depend in to live and you might get violent too.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch so why doesn't the private sector get those same entitlements? why does union labor get paid 44% more than everyone else? You're mom didn't work any harder that ppl working in the private sector, but she's getting paid more. And if the tax payer doesn't fund her paycheck, who does?
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch you dont DEPEND of "collective bargaining" to live, and you dam well know it
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack This will be my final reply. No, I don't depend on collective bargaining but people depend on WHAT the union bargains for. Vacation days, sick days, overtime pay when necessary, benefits they are WILLING to pay more for, etc. They don't want the union to lose it's right to bargain because then they could lose what it's given them to live. Please leave me alone now. I tried to ignore you but you pestered me again. We're not going to agree so just DROP IT.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch so ur dating a drug dealer and u wanna talk about MY credibility? collective bargaining isn't a constitutional right. The WI bill isn't breaking up the unions, it's limiting their VAST power. Richard trumka, in his own words, has a conversation EVERY DAY with someone at the white house. He's AT the white house 2 or 3 times a week. The president worked for SEIU and said "your work is my work" to them. It doesn't eventually dawn on u that unions have just bit too much power?
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch plenty of states don't have collective bargaining and their workers are well paid, and have good benefits
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack "plenty of states don't have collective bargaining and their workers are well paid, and have good benefits" is ignorant. I already said I'm sure some union providers are straight up crooks who are literally stealing money from tax payers. You just don't see how this law will directly affect certain people. My mom doesn't make THAT much money, jerk. She is strictly middle class. This will be my final reply. We're not going to agree so just DROP IT. Goodbye.
TreyParkersBitch 11 months ago
@TreyParkersBitch how is that ignorant? you have no facts whatsoever to back up anything you say! Many states don't have collective bargaining and their pay is sometimes even higher. It's mostly the expensive pensions and other benefits obtained through collective bargaining with union friendly governors that have bankrupt the states
666wickedjack 11 months ago
@666wickedjack, I don't think what you're saying is accurate. I am aware of corruption in unions, but what is really bankrupting our entire country is the monetary system we are under. Unions may breed corruption, Wall Street most assuredly does and is truly the center of it, banking systems, I've even seen privatized fire departments and heard horror stories about that, and of course the medical industry. Medical insurance is just wrong, with our knowledge and technology.
hoboboxerjoe 9 months ago
@666wickedjack, we waste resources because of the system, we don't advance certain sciences because of this system. And the globel monetary paradigm is affected by it of course as well. I'd say we are in more of an anti-economy than anything. A system of waste. Of course there are many, many great things that have come from us, but other fantastic scientific and medical advances have come out of all kinds of political systems.
hoboboxerjoe 9 months ago
My final thought is with the expotential growth of technology, we will have to change our system of governing and living in order to survive. It is a total joke that the republican party has people like Donald Trump, Mitt Romney, Sarah Pailin, etc. even being considered as president. In fact, most politicans are incapable of solving the real problems surrounding us. The Drug War should be one of our main focuses, ending it, the more dangerous the drug, the more regulated it should be.
hoboboxerjoe 9 months ago
@hoboboxerjoe i partly agree with you on the drug war, but if you're saying our entire monetary system is broken, what system would you have? The monetary system is broken because it's being driven by a Keynesian system. They need to stop bailing out losers and let prices work. The job of the Unions is literally to gain more power by any means necessary, the fact that they only work for one team should be a testament of their corruption and collusion with the political system. But...
666wickedjack 9 months ago
@hoboboxerjoe Where the Corporation is an actual business, the Union is not. It doesn't sell a product, it doesn't create jobs (except for the extremely few who literally work for it, professional protesters come to mind), all it does is make it harder for companies to keep their workers unemployed and keep the company afloat at the same time. Unions don't even want the bad reforms that they lobbied to get passed, that's why they got waivers for Obamacare.
666wickedjack 9 months ago
@666wickedjack And to write after a week of me blowing you off just to say, "Hahahaha, you lose we win how does it feel? Hahahahahaha" is extremely immature and says a lot about who you are. Like I said you ar
