It's not a storm surge or a flash flood, it's from stalled out Tropical Storm Fay.

This is how NOT to drive in flooded streets. You are displacing water and sewage into all of these homes not to mention putting yourself at risk since you are hydroplaning the whole way. Several people did that and ended up in canals and retention ponds. Please don't follow this poor example.
