  • Ganda! kamukha ni Jolens!

  • I am currently trying to learn Japanese!! And everyone on Mom's side is Asian.... all Filipino or Japanese... and my mom and her side of the family all grew up in Manila or Japan, so they speak Tagalog fluently and all I can say is that when your around people who talk a different language for many years, you can pick up on words very quickly. My very first language was English. Second was Spanish (fluently since I was 5-8 years old) hopefully my next language will be Japanese!! Then Tagalog! :)

  • nice. love her

  • according to my professor, those Japanese soldiers who did the most gruesome acts weren't really Japanese at all, he said Japanese were educated well mannered soldiers, they were in OFFICERS in the army, however those grunt soldiers who we think they are, were actually Korean conscripts. they were forced by the Japanese to be conscripted under them. so these brutal soldiers were actually Koreans not Japanese. i did some research about it, and yes it was TRUE. Koreans were fighting for japan.

  • @centycents The Koreans do not deny that many of their men were forced to fight for Japan. On the other hand, they claim that the "kind" soldiers were the Korean conscripts. If the Koreans were just forced into it, I believe they would have been kinder because they could empathize with the plight of the Filipinos under the Japanese. Who would you believe? The Japanese or the Koreans? I'd go with the latter on this one.

  • @centycents i also heard an account told to me, someone was relaying what their lola told them that the japanese soldiers were bad but the worst were the korean soldiers that many mistook for the japanese.

  • @centycents oh, btw, who is your professor, what university does he teach in?

  • Damn her Tagalog is way better than mine...

  • @coolmartcola what country are you from?

  • Her Tagalog amazes me :D

  • ang galng niya magtagalog ,, ung accent pinoy na pinoy ,, thumbs up ako dito =]

  • she is japanese!!! but it kinda does look a bit weird xD for me when i look at her.. she could still be part filipino, not just japanese.. i guess its because philippines is one of the country with many different race being produced. i barely see pure filipino kids that much xD i mean all i see is pure filipino parents but the children would be half something.

  • she is AWESOME. I'm filipino and japanese, and I do not know how to speak either of the languages

  • he's just hitting on her

  • how come she knows how to speak tagalog??

  • Wooow.. Great job girl!

  • I hope they mother fuckin regret all the stuff they did

  • @Jensoncorpuz they already are regretting it right after the war ended. All of them were just brainwashed by their own leaders, they swore to obey the orders, so they really have no choice but to follow what they sworn to do so. In fact the Japanese people lost a huge amount of civilians because of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing, so they're pretty much fucked up back then, and no doubt they fucking regret every single ambitious plans they made and done to conquer such powerful countries.

  • @ItlogNaEgg I think you got that a bit wrong. "Just following orders" was and still is a pretty popular excuse for war criminals. Don't get me wrong, not every soldier back in WWII was a war criminal, but you shouldn't defend those actions and belittle these atrocities. And this is coming from a guy who's grandfather was a Wehrmacht member fighting in Russia.

  • @GaolisVideoLog cool! no offense but, you must've got a nazi's blood? so anyway, I wasn't saying that they were a criminals, and I'm not defending any of them, specially those persons who caused people to suffer in a legal or criminal way. My point is, they just regretting it. Everyone knows that. They were the ones who started the war because of shame, or ambition, and they didn't succeed, surrendered! thats just fucked up. Who wouldn't regret that? tell me, I kno ur grampa regretted it.

  • @ItlogNaEgg Yeah, I know. Tama ka, most soldiers later on regret what they have done or just don't want to talk about it. Others just keep on telling others that they secretly fought against Hitler so they won't be criticized by their offpsring, their grand- & great grandchildren. But my granpda was very honest about his Nazi time.

  • there is such thing as Philippine studies???? ang galing. ngayon ko lang nalaman.

Haha!

Point is, World War 2 is over and Japan is a friendly ally and has strong ties with the Philippines now. Ganbatte! :)

  • @PaulLLTito talo talga

its just part of our history!!!

    forget it!!!!

    japanese are goog people!!!

  • YOUR'E RIGHT!!!

I REALLY LOVE JAPANESE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THEIRE CULTURE!!!!!!!!!

  • japanese soldiers shouldn't be blamed. they're just following orders. and the higher officials used their power in them.. telling them that they're doing the right thing... it's a sort of brainwashing. Nazi and hitler used the same thing

  • i wish the veteran is safe from what happened in japan

  • @yuhichiro It's barely ever the soldiers, it's always the politicians that issue the orders.

  • @yuhichiro You should blame the Japanese soldiers. Just like one should blame the Wehrmacht. However, one should not blame the children or the grand children.

  • @yuhichiro

Would you call the "Rape of Nanking" as just following orders? We can name a few more -

Junko hats off to you dear!!
