Amazing after all this time, Dan Rather and CBS can still play judge and jury. At least other reputable news agencies use the term "alleged assassin", but old Dan , he still says "Assassin" and how the fuck does Ruby get mentioned as an "accused of assassinating Oswald"? Gee, I mean only millions of people were witnesses. Make no mistake , it was premeditated ,Jack Ruby caught up in emotion trying to spare Jackie of a trial, PUHlease! Great post. Remarkable history. I remember looking at the newspaper clippings of Oswald's silencing that were kept in my parent's attic. I first became interested in the JFK assassination about 30 years ago.
