you should focus more on not moving the camera and not touching the objects in the background when changing something. also your arm movement is way too slow. other than that, great job!
they move the pieces of logo every thime a bit, and then make a picture. Then they put the pictures behind each other. When they show the pictures fast it looks like a movie.
