I would like to know what brand is a reputable brand and where do I get it? Also I read that you can not take it raw. Isn't an extract in raw form or has it been prepared? Where do you advise that I order it from? I really want to try it mainly for health reasons as an overall tonic.

toke it over a year now & drinking the tea through the tea on top of the pill I take morning and night. My hair is not strong as it was in my early 20's but from a guy that was going totally bald my hair is now looks like it's turning over

I dont see my hair fall out anymore, & everyone's been telling me your hair looks darker and stronger now. But still not in a way that been DONT noticed that I am balding :(

ya, it seems to work been drinking it as a tea which i brew in the chinese tea pot(must be 2000yr. old design)........been drinking it for maybe 11/2yrs, 3 times/day w/honey & my hair is pretty black.....still some white, but i'm 54yrs. young!!!

Interesting stuff! I started turning grey in my 20s, I carry tension in my shoulders +, there's probably kidney issues that came later. I've dyed my hair for a long time & finally let it go grey, let it grow long. I luv my grey & get complimented on it all the time. I'm a Hermetic Pagan, I definitely believe in cause & effect. I'd like to keep the grey which is white at my temples & get rid of the the other signs of aging, I've read on youthing but, I haven't focused my intention there yet

I been taking it for almost 4months, and my hair is been falling a lil more, I am going bald. :'( but since I been taking Fo-ti, and I think I have imbalance hormones. @hvcool yes fo-ti is a misnomer. make sure its a prepared extract. 1 - 2 tsps of an extract 1-2x per day would suffice.
