cool I've done this in other games to get paid and stuff saints row I think but for me I was level 13 sneak when I started wall jogging then when i hit apprentice I had to push X on my ps3 controller to continue so just a heads up to check it now and then shouldn't take long check every 15 mins u will be max in less than an hour easy ,)

i do not think the game has one way it can be played so i think there is no right way or wrong way to play just your way and i did this with athletics but i used the ps3 charger cord just wrap it around both joy sticks and plug it in so you can charge your controler gain skill and watch tvthen flip back to it on it to cheak every once in a while

get the adoring to follow you, take him to your house then tell him to stay there and dont move, then just crouch and picketpocket him then press back, keep repeating this and you will have 100 sneak in no time, and he doesnt report you to the guards

While this method does work, if you leave the rubber band, or whatever you're using on the controller for too long, the joystick gets a little bit messed up, and your character will tend to slowly walk in that direction later on. It's because the joystick is loose or something.

Just go to the damn inn of ill omen and sneak around Rufio.

Rufio is set to not wake up whatever you do unless you attack him or talk to him.

Then you click on the auto walk ability, Default is Q for PC. You will then gain a 0.8 skillgain per realtime second. This is a good tip for those who wish to do effective leveling with sneaking as a secondary ability.

An alternative to this is to start the dark brother hood, go to rufio while he is sleeping and run into the bedpost nearest to his head. DO NOT KILL HIM. find a way to do the rubber band effect, and let it do the work for you. I even powerleveled my heavy armour characters sneak easily and quickly. If you are very bad sneak with heavy boots try the other side of his bed untill 50 or so. Hope i could help :P
