  • Thanks I will give it a try.

  • I live in the San Francisco East Bay area, we have bullocks oriole, but have a difficult time keeping them in my yard. See them occaionally at the humming bird feeds and in out bird bath and water fall, but no more then a few sighting a season, would like them to visit more often, nesting would be awesome--any suggestions.

  • @jumpnstil Try oranges and jelly. They really do make a difference. My favorite jelly is a mixture of blackberry & grape BirdBerry Jelly. Check out Holland Hill's website for some beautiful copper fruit and jelly Oriole feeders. Also, another of my favorites is our Recycled Plastic Fruit and Jelly feeder by Songbird Essentials.

  • Where are you located, Mel? I'm in Northern Virginia and have never seen an Oriole in my life.

  • can this be done in north central Ky?

  • @dcarman686 thanks
