Congrats to the students, staff, and band director of the Riverside King parade band for winning Sweepstakes at the Arcadia Band Review for the 4th year in a row. All elements of this fine SCSBOA parade band were firing on all cylinders to overcome some adverse weather conditions, and I loved the faster tempo and drive of Stars & Stripes.
