  • Nice! I'm trying to do the program sticking to the rest times on the chart (60, 90 and 120), although it does say longer if required lol. I'm doing Week 2 Day 2 today, hopefully I can do it so I don't have to keep repeating

  • Believe it or not but you would pass the push up portion of the military PT test.

  • That toughness at the end to go or that last few is what separated real WOMEN from the wanna-be girls! Try a max set on you knees. This builds endurance in the muscles for the longer time the regular ones take. Try to work to 100 non-stop on knees in strict full range form.

  • Did w4d1c3 again tonite. It is very much a struggle, but watch you helps me push on. Did endurance early but only managed 38. Was hoping for at least 40.

  • Wow, you are doing so great! Thanks for posting your progress, please keep up it up! Where can I learn more about this challenge? Also thanks for working on a good camera setup, and for not dubbing over the whole thing with some silly music, like a lot of people do :) Only suggestion is: turn off the lights behind you, and illuminate more from the CAMERA side, if possible.

  • @nasaguy I follow the program from hundredpushups site.

    At first, I did initial test. I only started after I was able to hit 25 consecutive which puts me on week 3 column 3.
