i had the same problem as you as far as colouring and everything.. at the end of last year my hair was awful and in the worst condition ever so i cut it to my shoulders in march and now it's really long now (more than half way down my back - my hair grows really quick) and i'm so glad i cut it because it's so much healthier.

i do my hair almost the exact same way as far as the blowdrying, and i was taught to style it the same way but i get super lazy and it always takes so much time! i definitely want to try and take better care of my hair and your vid inspired me to :) haha. as always, loveee the vid girl!

I love the Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. My friend bought me the full size bottle of it last christmas and I still have like 1/3 of the bottle left almost a year later. I have long hair but I use less than a pump everytime I take a shower. It leaves my hair soft and healthy looking. Awesome product. :)
